I could not be happier with choosing Anita for purchasing my first home. Ive heard so many horror stories about home-buying, especially in this area with a lot of the military/veteran personnel moving in and out frequently. I will not hesitate to use Anita again in the future if and when i decide to move.

Go with Pam!! We…read moremoved from out of state over the winter of 2024-25. Initially we were looking in the Lake Monticello area and found some of her videos on YouTube. We contacted her vai email and were on a video call within a few days. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a neighborhood as well as the house itself. She told us all about Lake Monticello and the pros and cons of living there. She planned ahead by preparing several houses in that area as well as around the Richmond area since we were also considering that as an option. We met in the evening and looked at the Monticello houses and then went to the Richmond homes the next day. While looking at houses she pointed out things that we might have otherwise overlooked that impacted our thoughts on the house or community. Ultimately we chose a house in the Richmond area which meant she would be working not only with buyers in another state but a house about an hour away from her normal base. Thru the process she had our backs and kept in communication regularly. She went to the home on our behalf several times for evaluations and walk thrus. In the end she even left us some small gifts and a welcome note. Pam made the buying process as easy as possible, connecting us with contacts that we needed to get set up once we closed. We are grateful for her professionalism, care and consideration of our needs. Go with Pam! David and Christine

She handled the sale of my office, and it was the quickest, smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. Thanks to her vast network of contacts, my office sold in just two days--and above asking price! But what truly sets Kelly apart is her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. After the sale, I made an error on the closing date and suddenly found myself with almost no time to move out. I was completely overwhelmed, but Kelly didn't just offer advice--she and Belinda showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and helped me clean, pack, and move everything as if it were their own office. They even insisted on helping me move a huge file cabinet, despite my protests that They'd already done more than enough! Kelly is not just a fantastic realtor--she is a true professional, a problem-solver, and someone who genuinely cares about her clients. If you need a realtor who will go the extra mile (and then some), look no further. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I worked with Ashly for numerous months to purchase a home remotely prior to relocation to Charlottesville. I had some familiarity with the area but relied on her to assist in finding a property. I wanted something close to downtown Charlottesville. After submitting numerous offers for numerous properties and not winning an offer, a home was finally found! Ashley visited the property and assured me it was exactly what I was looking for. What she didn't tell me was it was remote and at least a 40 minute commute to downtown Charlottesville and none of the photos Ashley provided showed the massive septic tank system and the propane tank with peeling paint, despite the home only being 3 yrs old! I trusted Ashley to do the walk through at closing and she said it was fine. In reality the property was filthy and the previous owners left garbage and items in the home. I ended up selling the property six months later because it was such a bad fit. Buyer beware-Ashley is not your friend!

She actively listened to what we were looking for and you could hear her gears spinning, thinking about the current market and what would align. We sent her some properties we thought we were interested in and she was 100% spot on with her reality check for each of them. I mean, down to the day of when a place would be under contract. It was clearly evident from the beginning that she had tremendous market intel and knew the Charlottesville real estate landscape well. Within a week, we were putting in an offer, which Marcela strategically advised, negotiated, and coached in order to help us find and secure our dream home. I should note, we put our offer in while never having visited, as we were coming from out of state. Marcela offered face time tours and even assisted our coordination of a virtual pre-offer inspection. The entire time, we felt like we were in great hands Throughout the process thereafter, Marcela's communication and responsiveness was stellar. She went above and beyond, again and again, to ensure everything was just right and that we were happy with the outcome. Picking the right agent is important. Especially in today's market. You will not go wrong with Marcela! Highly recommend!
