As a first time home buyers we had a TON of questions. Katherine helped us navigate ALL the options of a VA home loan and never got frustrated when we asked her constant questions. She also suggested several options and resources that a previous agent didn't even mention to us. In addition, she did a lot of leg work reaching out to our lender and title company and coordinating all the moving parts that we had no idea even existed. I saw the house on Sunday, and Katherine worked through the weekend to coordinate with the listing agent, write our offer and work with our lender. She got us a GREAT deal, and was a whiz at negotiating and playing hardball. Her willingness to reach out to all the stakeholders was clutch, and we're so gracious to her for having some of the "hard to have" conversations with different people on our behalf.
