He worked on my generator for years. Padro is a very nice man. He has been working on Genrac generators for over seventeen years. He checked the generator and he told me it was the voltage regulator. need to be replaced. He had to order the part from Generac. Today Padro installed the new violtage regulator. He checked Voltage and rpms and it was good. He also ran a test with the generator running the house electic off. The generator is running like its brand new. They responded and said to call them directly, but when I do so--as requested--I get yet another AI agent who says they will take my info and call me back. But then I NEVER get a call back! This firm is terrible--it's impossible to talk to anyone and get any relief and my generator repaired. Please cancel my service contract and refund my $$.
