The Customer Service representative that helped me today was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Her name is Patricia N. I never felt for a second that she was ready to get off the phone even though they were about to close, but she stayed on with me and answered all of my questions so I appreciate this credit union having the right people handling their calls, which tells you a lot about them 100% on customer service and satisfaction from me.

I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union based on my mortgage servicing experience…read more My mortgage originated through Premier America, and their main banking dashboard showed my mortgage loan as **"Current."** The mortgage portal also showed only the normal payment amount due and did not clearly indicate that a prior payment was missing, that the loan was past due, or that two payments were required to bring the account current. The only way I could have possibly noticed something was wrong was by reviewing the payment history in small text. The main payment screen did not clearly say **"past due," "delinquent," "two payments due,"** or provide any obvious warning that the loan was at risk of being reported late. When I made my payment, the system only showed/requested one payment. I later learned there was an issue after receiving calls from the bank, which I initially thought could be spam because my online account still appeared current. When I disputed the issue, I was essentially told that Premier America's main banking dashboard did not matter and that only the mortgage servicing portal mattered. I strongly disagree. This was the bank that originated my loan, and its own dashboard displayed the mortgage as current. More importantly, even the mortgage portal did not clearly display a past-due warning or the full amount required to bring the loan current. In my opinion, this is not transparent and creates a serious risk for borrowers. A mortgage payment system should clearly show the actual account status, any past-due balance, the total amount required, and whether multiple payments are due. Instead, the information presented to me was confusing and incomplete, and I am now dealing with a late fee and a credit reporting issue as a result. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Premier America Credit Union for mortgage lending or servicing.

At the…read moretime I thought I had enough funds to cover the check and I could not understand why it was rejected. i visited the Branch located on Westview trying to find out the reason. Luckily I was assisted by Mr. Everett Donegan. He patiently took the time to review the situation and put in an inquiry to the accounting department. He promised to e-mail me the results. He followed up rapidly. He explained that a portion of the funds I expected to use for the check had not been cleared from a previous bank. He assisted me in putting a hold on the check and helped me find a way to quickly transfer funds to the payee. He treated me with respect and even though most of the issues were caused by my actions. He deserves a GOLD star... thanks Everett L.P. Jones

I can't even get help because I am working during their hours of 8-5. I am sick of this bank and how they keep stealing from me. There was a charge on my account that was not supposed to have went through as it was clearly fraud and I didn't even have the funds and I have overdraft that prevents the money from leaving my account. I have been subject to many hacks and scams and I have been with this evil bank for over 8 years. I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend anyone to do business with your crap of a bank. Please stay very very very far away from this pathetic business of a bank.

I've been talking about doing this forever but never got around to pulling the trigger on it and…read morenow I'm kicking myself in the butt for not doing so. I had finally gotten sick of my credit union that I had been at since I was 12 years old after I moved my 1st yard. That means I've been a member there for 48 years... At one time I knew half of the people that work there and I knew the bank manager so well I could call her up and do most of my business with them over the phone. As a matter fact I don't think I even went in there when I bought my first brand new pick up we did everything over the phone and fax machine. For you millennials and Gen X'ers... that's a hard paper copy text message over a phone line. But I had gotten my statement from my last months on my three accounts there and the fees are ridiculous. So I went straight to the nearest capital one branch office, which I don't expect to have to go to but maybe once every other year or so from this point forward, and within five minutes I had an account and everything was set up. It took me longer to ask the questions two or three times cause I just didn't believe it... The most important of those questions, "are you sure there's no fees whatsoever?" and all three times the young lady replied to me "nope never!" With a smile. in the next three minutes she showed me how to link some of my bills for the mobile app and set up a few other perks that they have and I was out the door with a smile on my face. The only downside of the whole process was it took me three hours one evening to move all of my bill pays to Capital One and shut them all down at the credit union. Took even last time to set up the auto pays. And I'm not sure but I believe it took me longer to delete payees and auto pay accounts that I had at the credit union then it did to set up the new ones with Capital One. But a few of the best things about Capital One what is their mobile app it is absolutely awesome one screen tells you everything. No more jumping around from this app to that app to make sure that everything goes through because everything's linked and everything goes through lickety-split. A mobile deposit once I establish my account there she told me will be in my account within a few days. On this first day they made available a bigger portion of the check than the credit union never would and The rest will be available within three or four days now and once it's established within two or three. And none of this costs anything. I am a very happy camper and excited for the new prospect of an actual fee-less bank account. So I can do my banking no matter where I am all I need is an Internet connection. It's nice to have somebody actually do with the Commercial say... How many restaurants or fast food chain places do you go to order something and actually have it look like what they give you on TV? Never I would imagine, which is why I don't go to those places anymore... Besides that I'm trying to eat more healthy I think I've eaten enough greasy burgers and fries in my life not to mention You know who's tacos, Right Jack... If you're tired of multiple fee's a month and lengthy processing times... give capital one is shot I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. Then I get mad so im just done with this bullshit so I decide to leave. Im my way out. Not so smart Robert offers me to swap our the wheels and tired ( and take care of that labor) from the car I was trading in so that he can make the sale. My car has 18inch base tires. The car they were selling came with 20in premium alloy wheels. This goober ( cant call him what I really want to) really tried to steal more value from me so that he can make a sale. Absolutely no respect shown to the costumer after driving more than 3 hours to see them!!!! Cant trust this guys! ! DONT BUY THE 2022 RX 350 THEY HAVE LISTED IF THEY DONT DISCLOSE THE MASSIVE CHIPS ON THE WINDSHIELD, THE FRONT BUMBER BEING 3M TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THEY HIT IT AND THE MICHELIN TIRES THAT THEY CLAIM ARE GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM 2023 BUT ARE HARDER THAN THE TUMOR OF STUPIDITY GROWING ON THE MANAGERS ROBERTS BALDING HEAD
