She helped us book all of our rentals (tent, flatware, plates, tables, etc) and she was always there for advice and to offer suggestions based on her experience. She met with us at PEAK to pick out our tableware, she gave us great suggestions for anything else we needed to rent, coordinated all the setup both on Friday and our actual wedding day, and was so prompt in her replies via email or phone. I had not hosted this many people at my house before so I specifically appreciated the guidance he provided throughout the planning process (timing etc.). The day of the event went off without a hitch, Joe and his exceptionally talented crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and put out a great spread. I opted for traditional grilled food, so everything was cooked on site which was a nice added touch. Not having to worry about cooking or scrambling for utensils/plates/condiments really let us enjoy hosting without the hassle of manning a grill. They also cleaned up and took all the food related trash with them which was an added benefit. Food was delicious and several guests snagged a business card for their own future events.
