My usual go to sides are the yellow rice or the tostones. I'm happy to report that they get them real crispy and delicious. However when that said garlic sauce steams it up- a quick airfryer session fixes it back. Housed in a small storefront, they use good flavors to keep old and new clients coming on a regular basis.
