The employees were respectful and thoughtful about damaging other items in the home. This work does consist of routing wiring and pipe work through walls so there is dust and debris from the installation. After the job is complete the employees do ensure the area is clean and as tidy as it can be. After installation, going from hot water boiler to these units made a huge difference in home space and heating/ cooling of the house. Being able to control each rooms temperature separately helps tremendously and has saved me cost of living. When choosing Super Cool HVAC they first came out to the home to inspect and ensure a proper plan can be put in place. My family chose to go with additional Wi-Fi support and convenience of control to allow a smoother lifestyle. This installation and units have not broken or have required professional service. Super Cool HVAC told me to ensure the units have clean filters and dust free environment. With the guidance and information provided these units will continue to run for many years to come. I will be calling Super Cool HVAC for any help and would highly recommend family and friends to this company.

They have fixed multiple issues with both units in my apartment and have maintained them during the hot NYC summers. I wouldn't go to or trust anyone else for working on my HVAC. Derrick explains what he thinks the issue is, what needs to be done to fix it and what possibly caused it. You can tell he's been doing it for 20 years and has never tried to oversell me on anything I don't need. This company is a shining light in a sea of untrustworthy traders. Anyone looking to have their HVAC fixed I would go with Dewpoint. (Kendra who runs the office is very helpful and understanding too!)

After many frustrating encounters with a dozen or so other AC contractors who either never called…read moreback or didn't bother to show up at the agreed-upon time (this seems to be an industry-wide phenomena), I finally found Dewpoint. Bottom line: they're the best. Derrick showed up on time and fully equipped to get to work, and he had my three central AC units (poorly installed by someone else) up and running in record time, at a fair price, despite it being the first hot spell of the summer season. Derrick walked me through the process, gave me repair/replace options and an estimated cost, and then got right to it. Polite, professional and thorough, it was a real (and rare) pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade inside and out and takes pride in a job well done. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need HVAC service, these guys should be your first call.

The problem turned out to be much more serious than initially expected, and resolving it required several visits by Mazgan's technicians. Although the repair process was more involved than anyone had anticipated, the company continued working on the problem until it was fully resolved. Throughout the process, the technicians proved themselves to be responsible professionals who worked hard to solve the problem. Mazgan arranged for the necessary parts to be supplied by Navien. In several cases, obtaining those parts at no cost required Mazgan to negotiate with Navien on my behalf. The company was also very accommodating regarding the overall cost of the repairs. In the end, Mazgan proved to be a reliable company that stands behind its work and can be trusted to see a difficult project through to completion.

Immediately after the service, my 4-year-old PTAC started making noise and the thermostat stopped working properly. I called them back, and they sent a tech who insisted nothing was wrong--clearly to avoid holding the first tech accountable. I then hired another company, who found a leak and confirmed the unit was losing freon. When I confronted YuHan, she claimed it was "impossible" their first technician caused the problem and that their company "never makes mistakes." That's hard to believe when they couldn't even clean a filter. She asked me to send pictures and receipts, but it's pointless--she'll just deny responsibility no matter the evidence. She basically said I am lying. I attached a picture, this was AFTER the "cleaning". You can see the line thats leaking. The rep went as far as saying I am taking pictures of a third unit they never serviced, as if I am trying to scam them for a machine that wasn't working. Its ridiculous There are far better companies out there, and I can recommend a few. My advice: stay far away from these guys.

I was desperate to get my through the wall AC unit installed, as I this was the third unit I had tried to order from Home Depot (long sad story) and it was in the high 80s. I was able to schedule with Climate Helpp last minute, they were very responsive and flexible, and gave me a very fair price. Ayrat was on time, checked with me to see if everything looked good to me and asked if I wanted anything adjusted. He waited to make sure the AC was working properly, then cleaned up the area and removed the old unit. I hope I get a chance to work with him again soon, although I also hope I don't need to!
