18feet is a cute little spot that I've had bookmarked for a while. There are probably a dozen seats in the shop, so it's a bit of a gamble if you'll be able to grab a spot. We were able to get a table by the window for a few hours. I was drawn to their extensive drink menu, which prominently featured matcha and teas. I got the matcha with dalgona foam, and my partner got a grapefruit cheong iced tea. Both were delicious sweet drinks, but the matcha was not featured as prominently as I thought. Part of the issue was that the matcha sank to the bottom of the cup, but even after every stir, I felt like there could have been less milk and more flavour. The baristas were really nice, and I'd definitely return to see if their other drinks excited my tastebuds more.

Needed a matcha. Found a cute spot walking along Gerard. Server said strawberry matcha was their best seller so I had to get it. It was good!

I've come here twice so far and tried the Dalgona Matcha Latte and Blueberry Matcha Latte. Both were delicious, though I preferred the Dalgona flavour a bit more. On the 18th of each month they offer a free upgrade to large size if you follow them on Instagram, so I highly recommend checking them out on the 18th if you're able. I really enjoy the matcha drinks here and will certainly be back to try more of the menu!

Came in on a chilly day and ordered a flat white to go. Quick fast and friendly service! The coffee was really good and I will be back to try their other items!

Came to try the matcha latte. It was okay, not bad. Personally it was too sweet and milky for me. Im pretty sure they premix the matcha beforehand. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

I read about this cafe on BlogTo and bookmarked it for a future visit. On a hot Friday afternoon, I decided to come here to try one of their drinks! The place is quite small- you take the stairs and on the left, there are a few tables that can seat around 10-15 people. Then you continue going up to get to the counter to order food or drinks. I was warmly greeted by two staff working behind the counter. There were so many interesting drinks, I had a difficult time picking one! Finally, I ordered matcha ice cream latte (I love matcha!) It came in a large cup with plenty of latte and a generous serving of matcha ice cream. The taste was well balanced- the bitterness of latte complimented the sweet flavour of matcha ice cream. Thanks to the ice cubes in the latte, they kept the matcha ice cream afloat. The price is a bit on the higher end- I paid a little over $9 for the drink. If you follow them on Instagram, you will receive 10% off your purchase (the staff informed me before I paid), so take advantage of the offer! I look forward to visiting here again to try their other drinks. Friendly service, delicious drink, and quiet vibe, you can't go wrong!

This Korean cafe just soft-opened their newest location. They focus on Cheong, coffee, tea, bagels, and some baked goods. They introduced new drinks: 1. 18feet Signature Cold Brew. 2. Premium Korean Tea (caffeine-free). This blend was invented by a Korean doctor. They also have 3 possible sizes: regular (10oz), large (16oz), and max ($20oz). I ordered the Grapefruit Cheong Earl Grey (max $7.60). It was tasty and refreshing. The customer service was good. There are only a few tables and counter seating. The interior is decorated like a food trunk, an homage to their roots. The soft-opening was 2024-02-26. For now, if you follow them on IG, you get 15% off. The name 18feet comes from their original food truck, which was 18 feet long. There is no free WiFi. The cafe is not wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-038

Nice little Korean cafe. They serve Cheong (which is a sparkling / fizzy drink), other drinks, baked goods, and have a partnership with Yubu (onigiri / tofu pockets). I tried one of their matcha / strawberry drinks and it was pretty good. Not very sweet and the matcha wasn't too bitter. There is some seating on the lower level (maybe around 10 seats). Service was quick and efficient.

Great ham cheese and egg sandwich. But don't expect more than 2 pieces of dalgona in your iced latte, not the top overflowing with it like in the company photos. Wish i just got a matcha latte instead.

I came in at 9:40am on a Monday and it wasn't busy. They currently have smoothies for the summer. They only come in the 16oz size and they cost $7.90. I tried their oreo crumble smoothie and it was nice. There is a strong cookie flavour to it. The texture is thin, so don't expect a thick milkshake. I like how they still do the stamp card for free drinks. They started selling their matcha powder and teas which is also really nice. The matcha powder costs $29 before tax and is made by Hokusan. I think I'll buy it when I get the chance.

This second location is located outside on the beautifully picturesque cobblestone road named Temperance Street. The building is historic and the calm interiors make you feel instantly at home. The staff was really nice and told me about their menu and seasonal items. In addition to coffee and matcha based beverages, the store offers food and merch as well. Apparently this location is a laptop free zone, offering an incredibly welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of financial district. Today I ordered a cortado. Before you even drink it, the fragrant coffee smell hits you. A bit sweet and almost fruity. When drinking it, the flavours amplify and provide an overall sense of calm, a breath of fresh air. It doesn't just feel like a regular old coffee but that you can take your time with it, like having a conversation with an old friend, it is meant to be savoured. I absolutely plan to go back for one of their seasonal matcha beverages and to get away from it all. 5/5

The café itself is beautiful and has a very modern, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. It was extremely busy during my visit, which is always a good sign. Because of the rush, a few tables still had dishes waiting to be cleared, making it a little difficult for some customers to find a place to sit. The tables are also fairly close together, but that's understandable given the downtown Toronto setting. The smoked salmon croissant was the highlight of my meal. It was fresh, flavorful, and packed with ingredients that worked really well together. I would absolutely order it again. My only disappointment was the latte. It looked beautiful and tasted good, but it was served warm rather than hot. Since our breakfast arrived about 10 minutes after our drinks, my coffee had become even cooler by the time I started eating, which took away from the experience. Overall, I still enjoyed my visit and would definitely give Nonni Cafe & Bakery another try. The friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food make it a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or coffee date.

This coffee shop is nestled semi-behind a pillar beside the lobby of the Intercontinental hotel Toronto, which adds to its charm for me, in a way. Love finding a good "hole in the wall" :) I love the bright, feminine, beachy decor and coral pink & aqua blue accents. It's not too tropical, but it definitely transports you outside of Canada. Coupled with Aussie staples like vegemite and Noosa magazines (takes me straight back there!), as well as gorgeous ceramic coffee mugs for purchase, the vibes are great here. While it is a smaller shop, there is enough seating for 3 tables, and it's very cozy. Had to go for a flat white, given the Aussie homage here. This one got my approval (and I'm picky about my flat whites) - they used a lighter, more balanced espresso roast, paired with just the right amount of creamy frothed milk. They also had a banana bread latte that my companion really enjoyed too! Looking forward to my next visit!

It's a tiny, cozy place with only a couple tables and tall chairs, so they can really only accommodate grab-and-go orders, other than a few people to sit or work. Perfect for a coffee before a Jays game or if you're here for a conference next door. I realized it was already late fall and I hadn't yet had my one and only PSL of the year, so that's what I ordered. It was decent as far as PSL's go and came with a lovely little foam pumpkin on top. Tres adorbs. The iced strawberry matcha latte also looked incredible and I had order envy. My friend ordered a pastry and said it was delicious. They also have a great little selection of food items, canned bevvies, coffee beans, teas, as well as souvenir gifts for purchase such as ceramic mugs. Did I mention the coffee was really good?
