We stayed here while in Edinburgh and enjoyed the daily breakfast before heading out to explore. The breakfast was a buffet style but they also items you could order off the menu, which we did as we ordered a fried egg and haggis. It can get busy during peak times but overall the space is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The food selection was good as they have a mix of hot and cold options. The only variety from one day to the next that I could tell was the quiche flavors, so if you find something you like chances are it will be there tomorrow as well. They also have two coffee machines that can make a wide variety of drinks as well.
The service is good and friendly overall, I recommend some fresh cut bread over the sliced bread as it was very good. Would definitely come back for the breakfast for sure! read more
