They did a remodel in the end of last year and got new equipment, but now machines are sitting broken for months without repair. This is ridiculous. Additionally, the gym is rarely clean. They can sure sign you up quickly. Well online is no help either. Emailed corporate over a week ago and still no response. This has to be the worst gym company around. Anyone looking to join a new gym, I would 110% recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other gyms in the area with more attentive staff, better equipment, cleaner conditions and just an over all better vibe elsewhere. I would not recommend EōS to anyone!! I am under 50, and do my best. Not as strong or fast, like I was in my late 20s. But, stronger and have more stamina. Not perfect, but who really is. More consistent.....sleep more for my muscles to heal...and rebuild. A strong advocate of mental health. A STEM teacher, who got a fancy degree that is not beneficial. Fitness is a part of life, not dieting and starving. Biggest muscles are in your legs.

My issue is the cleanliness and customer engagement. I use the Total Body Conditioning and everytime I go to use it, I have to spend time cleaning the floor because of all the hair and junk that is on the unit floor. I mentioned it to an employee a few months ago, but nothing has been done to adress that. The employee was empathetic to my concern, but I think that's as far as it went. It just raises concern for overall cleanliness that seems to have hoave gone downward. The employees will greet you and tell you have a nice day when you leave, but if you have a concern, it's a deer in headlights look sometimes. Kind of concerning.

This past month they opened up their gym portion for anyone and everyone so I took advantage. So happy I did. Taking both Fit and Revolution classes; I found myself with a bunch of like-minded, health conscious individuals. The classes don't drag or feel boring, but are surprisingly fun, encouraging and motivational to work out. The gym itself has a little of everything. From weights to TRX to rowing machines. Even yoga! During this year's LoveFest you could feel the excitement and bonding from every participant. Although I didn't win any raffle, I felt like I won the opportunity to find the best gym in Simi Valley. Thank you Adam and all other trainers for letting me join your classes. I signed up for the…read moremembership and have been to a few classes now, so far all the instructors are very sweet and welcoming, really push you to get the best workout in while pacing you and motivating you every step of the way. 45 min work out really goes along way here. So far my fav instructor is Ninel, she's fun with great energy. But mind you all the instructors I've had are a real pleasure in class. The customer service is also exceptional I sent an email about a class re-schedule and to call for a few questions I had and they answered and called within 10 mins of my email. Drew, the instructor is amazing. He is one of the best fitness instructors I've ever had. He clearly knows how the body works and is really good at individualizing the workout if you have a weakness or pain. He is able to make sure each person in class is doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. Plus, he encourages you to push yourself without being a bully. He is very motivating and positive. I am the strongest I have ever been. There are a wide range of ages in class and he seems comfortable talking to everyone.

Not the brightest bulb in the box. If you're considering joining this gym at $60 month, I urge you to think twice before wasting your time and money. While it may try to present itself as a legitimate fitness center, the reality is quite different. There are no pools or jacuzzis, and the sauna and shower area are not only small but also lack cleanliness. The lighting is reminiscent of the dull 1970s, which does nothing to uplift your energy levels. The overhead fans continuously spin at full speed, seemingly regardless of the temperature, which is typically kept warm for the convenience of the staff at the check-in desk. Unfortunately, this just stirs up dust and dirt, leaving you with itchy eyes and sinus discomfort. The TVs are sporadic and often display nothing more than screensaver videos of cities or local shows, which feels out of place for a gym that should be fostering an energetic atmosphere. Joining this gym feels more like visiting grandma or being part of a bingo club than a vibrant fitness community. Even their trainers are geriatric. At $60 a month, this is simply not worth it. You deserve a place that truly values your health and fitness journey.

Big gym with many different machines and free weights. The reps in the front always nice and welcoming. Never packed which is a huge plus. It's not perfect but if you're comparing it to other gyms or even other 24 hour gyms this one is one of the best I been to or go to. I've been to many.some of you with some of the nonsense you write sound like you haven't been to many gyms. I'm happy to have this gym Near where I live now. Especially the pricing to be able to go here is very fair. I do wish they were open later for those of us that like to go in pretty late.

Of course that ship sailed and they're basically '12 hours fitness' now... then of course they renegotiated their lease down so the outdoor gym (which was the greatest thing about this gym') is gone. Along with the pool, etc. Eventually all I could really commit to as I got older was Saturday and Sunday night - I'm too wiped out during the week, the place closes early now, etc. So I tailored a quick circuit training routine for 20-30-40 minutes depending on how much time I have on a given day. Show up at 7:20 or 7:30 or 7:40 before they close at 8:00PM - get in a quick cardio-like weight workout and get out - easy! Been doing this now for a year or two. Today 7/25/26 I came in at 7:20PM and the door was locked ! - Again, posted closing time is 8PM - people were in the gym working out - like I said, they close at 8PM which leaves me 20 minutes for a quick pump and leg circuit... only 'officer 24 hours' is on duty and would not unlock the door. Stayed 10 feet behind the glass door tapping his watch like I was a school kid who was late and would not be let in - EVEN THOUGH THE POSTED CLOSING TIME IS 8PM.... Hey I get it, I come in close to closing, but they announce the time remaining and I always comply and have never been the last one out - even though I am sometimes the last one in. I get my quick workout in, and I'm gone! Nonetheless apparently being a member means you are locked out at 7:40 on a night they close at 8PM. It seems officer on duty is named Nick. Well Thank You Nick, sometimes it is good to be reminded to change things up a bit and try something new. Today I cancelled my membership of 20+ years and have gone elsewhere. I know I am only one person and you have hundreds of members - but as a 'member' I kinda thought I was paying for the time posted on the sign, not the whim of some wanna be officer or school principal disciplining the members - or whatever your head case is. I like to mix up my workouts, so when I learned that a studio would be opening in Simi, I figured I'd give it a whirl. After doing 5 workouts in this beautiful studio I am hooked. The coaches are amazing, the energy is something special and being able to work on my fitness goals while surrounded by others who are doing the same is motivating. We may all have different goals, but we are all showing up for the same thing... to work hard and feel the burn.

Despite my ongoing health issues and an emergency trip to care for my sick daughter, Bri failed to show any understanding or flexibility. Instead of accommodating my situation, she provided me with a package of 24 classes, which felt more like a charity gesture rather than a genuine effort to meet my needs. I was charged $179 per month, and it took me months to realize the extent of these charges while I was unable to attend due to my illness. When I confronted her about the charges, she offered the 24-class package as a "courtesy," but I had already expressed that I wasn't ready to return. I expected her to show some compassion and provide flexibility, considering my circumstances. After attending only five classes, I found out that my membership had expired, leaving me extremely disappointed and angry. The lack of support and understanding for those with disabilities is unacceptable, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I am contemplating legal action due to the mishandling of my situation. I cannot recommend this studio to anyone who needs empathy and support in their fitness journey.
