I paid $40 dollars for a nail in a tire. Extremely expensive. Go somewhere else if you want cheaper

The guys were very knowledgeable about the different tires and the mileage. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the shop. He explained everything while giving me 3 options with no pressure to ensure my safety. Lastly they were quick with both tires and their balancing . He assured me if I had any issues with my tire I could come back. read more

Scammers and liars! Scammers who cheated me with tires. They overcharged me double for used tires. Seeing that I am a woman and that I can be cheated. They have no refunds, they took cash from me, no invoice, nothing was given! When I told them that I live next door and would not come to them anymore again, to which they answered that "no problems" and they have many clients without me. Welcome "Customer Service "!!! read more

Came here since I noticed I was inflating one of my tires every week and long behold I had a nail in my tire. Came here to get it patched and they were pretty quick about it and nice as well. Overall I would come back if I should have any problems *knock on wood* read more

Called this location to get tire replaced and quoted me one price. When I got to the location, they gave me another price. Once they took off the tire, they said they had to add another $20 to get rid of the glue on the wheels. What a ripoff and scam. Avoid this place. read more

Owner Miguel went of his way to help my buddy out as he was in the highway stranded with a flat as soon as he gave him the call , location of the car was about 50 minutes away , he got there in 40, even with all the traffic... if that isn't FANTASTIC costumer service, I don't know what is , highly recommend ! read more

As I was getting gas at 6:30 in the morning, I noticed I had a flat. There was only one 24hr tire shop in the area but when called, no answer. Took a leap of faith with 11 Ave Tire Shop (they open at 7am) and to my surprise, it picked up. Miguel, the owner, offered to send someone over to my location at 7am because he wanted to prevent further damage to the wheel. He, himself, couldn't come because he was running the shop solo. I was in a rush, so I drove over. Got out of there in 20 minutes with one person ahead of me. He was fast, efficient, and taught me tips to maintain my tires. The price was fantastic. Cash only. Would 100% recommend. read more

Don't tell us you close at 8 when you're wrapping up shop at 7:30 and telling us it takes long to set up air. Must be nice to be able to close up whenever you want. read more

Amazing friendly and quick service. Open 24hrs 7 days a week. Decently priced, didn't try to upsell me.

My car had a flat and i was able to get a spare on by roadside and drove to this shop. I highly recommend this shop, they helped me out so fast with great tires at a decent price! I was so nervous being a female but they didn't take advantage of me at all. Mucho gracias read more

This place is fantastic. I had a flat tire before work in the morning and they helped me right away, patched my flat at a fair price and found another problem with another tire that they fixed right away in front of me. They didn't try and over charge me for anything and they were very nice. Cash only! read more

No nonsense, straight forward business. Reasonable price for a tire change and they worked quickly. Were not openly warm or fuzzy towards customers but I also didn't expect a tire shop business full of men to be that way. read more

Honestly wanted to give a good review however the games that this tire shop plays is ridiculous. I live in the area I've gone multiple times in the last couple of of years. Each time is a new price but for the same car for the same tires ? Questionable, however last weeks was my final straw! They over charged me an additional $20 because it is a European car and I am a female go figure, I had my own tire as well. I have no issue paying for something when it is In value to the service, the man there knew I had no choice because my tire literally popped and could charge me whatever. Not only did they over charge me as I pulled off they did a completly wrong job. My car was shaking and I was afraid that I would break an axel or something as I drove away. I couldn't even return because if I turned the wheel even an inch it was as if the wheel was hitting into the car. I have no clue what they did however now I need another new tire so a quick switch out the tire job turned into an additional $300. I do bout condone ripping people off especially bc it is a female with a car it's 2022 that act is getting old ! Save your time and money and go else where if you can read more

This is my go to place for tire plugs, swapping wheels, rebalancing, or any tires issues I have. The guys are all friendly and give good advice and the prices are fair. I highly recommend! read more

Wheel and tire repair here is as good as it gets! Both guys here were efficient, knowledgable, and honest. But on top of it all, prices are super reasonable. Whenever I have an issue that's tire or rim related, this shop never falls short of dependable. If you live in the area and happen to have tire and rim issues, know that this shop is your best bet that's within a five mile radius. read more

These guys offer solid, fast and reliable service! Really great customer service that went above and beyond to help. Thank you Miguel.

I came here to get a tire fixed after a flat. I really wanted to give this place at least four stars after we left because of how convenient and fast the service was. However, having no experience in dealing with cars, I didn't hover over the mechanic because I didn't want to be rude but that was a big mistake. My advice, is be sure to follow the person changing your tire everywhere! We were led to believe that we needed a brand new tire because the valve was old and there were nails in the wheel which is completely fine, $110 dollars later. They showed us a new wheel that was in a stack so we agreed to the change, waited outside but we never saw the inside of the wheel. A few days later my father in-law took the car to a trusted mechanic around his way and ended up having to dispose of the wheel stating it was an old wheel patched up inside and not new! It breaks my heart that people take advantage and put peoples lives at risk read more

Miguel will say anything to have you come to his shop over the phone. Spoke with Miguel in regards to a run flat tire in which Mavis had previously charged $205 for the same said tire. He informed me over the phone that his price was $279 but to come by anyways because he'll "take care of me." Highly suspicious because that is $74 spread that he'd have to close but I did as he asked and showed up regardless to be taken care of. Little did I know, after arriving, he informed me that he could do $270 resulting in a $9 discount despite me mentioning that Mavis was $205. After some back and forth in which his colleague already took off my flat tire, he came down to $260. I wish Miguel was upfront to begin with so I would've went straight to Mavis. He took advantage of the situation knowing that Mavis closed at 6pm and Utica Ave (location of Mavis) was 40 minutes away from his shop therefore I had no other choice but to be raped by his prices. read more

Very nice service and honest tire shop in the neighborhood. Quick service and reasonable price. I highly recommended this place!

The staff is very friendly and very attentive. As soon as they saw me coming they asked what I needed and tried to work with me. I came to change all four tires but also asked for their advice. They did a very good job and balanced out the pressure of all four tires evenly. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it. read more

Only one guy working. Luckily he was just finishing up with a customer so I only waited a few minutes. 20 bucks for a quick patch on a single tire. Changing a flat, plugging or patching a tire, buying new tires, this place is a small business and they'll take care of you. No CC's. ATM in the corner store across the street. read more

Absolutely the worst tire repair shop in the Bensonhurst dyker heights area. Destroyed a rim an refused to accept responsibility

I needed a new tire for my wife's car. 11th Ave tires took care of the broken locking lug nuts and gave me a great deal on a second tire that was damaged that I didn't notice. They were very friendly and fast! read more

beware to all who own european cars (audi, merc, bmw) these guys know how and will rip you off.

Miguel is a relatively new business owner who doesn't believe in bleeding you dry to conduct his business. He's more than happy to make only a couple bucks off you in hopes to keep his customer base happy and grow. I was so impressed by his humility I came here to write a review on his shop's behalf. He hooked me up with a great used tire for my 2013 Maxima for a better price than all those tire shops on Mcdonald & new Utrecht ave (I went to all of them and they took me for a fool because of my age). He has almost any tire you can think of and has earned my business. 5/5, would shop again. Tell him Yusef sent you, I assure you will leave happy. read more
