He was very professional and was very efficient with his time. He diagnosed where the leaks were coming from, i.e.; my dishwasher hose and also the hose connecting to the garbage disposal. Total time involved in the entire process was just a hair under 12 hours. I mean come on, that's service! And realistically it would have been way under 12 hours if I hadn't had additional issues that yes I was aware of and yes he picked up on instantly. So he ended up having to go to the plumbing supply house and turn off the water at the street, both of which were not necessary if he was only doing what I initially asked for. But no! He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!
