Don't do it!! Look elsewhere to live if you value your family's health! Black mold is a problem…read morehere! We complained several times about the ventilation in the unit and they never did anything to actually address it. Poor ventilation breeds mold. The apartment was constantly humid 70+% humidity and they don't care. We'd buy fruit and it would mold up in a day. Smells coming from the AC vents that they didn't address. The air conditioners on almost all of the units are 20+ years old and they refuse to replace them. The electric bill was sky high because of all of these ventilation issues. It's magical how when we moved into a new place we stopped having all of the health issues we were having at heritage cove. Parking is a nightmare and they even admit it. They refuse to tow cars that are parked overnight without stickers or passes and there are always several cars like this. I had to park several buildings away from my building multiple times. People also speed through the complex and don't pay attention, I was almost hit trying to cross the parking lot several times and I had my baby with me, the cars literally came out of nowhere they were driving so fast. They refused to do anything about that either even though the posted speed limit is 15mph. The "gates" in this "gated community / luxury apartments " are constantly not working either so anyone can come in whenever they want. They even had a problem with thieves stealing catalytic converters from cars in the parking lot because the complex isn't secure. Many of the apartments are also severely outdated and in need of repairs/ remodeling. Maintenance is a joke. They'd come "fix" something and it either wasn't fixed or broke again almost immediately. When you move out they try to overcharge you- they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee of $120 when the apartment was clean and the move out instructions said if it was charged it'd be $110 and a carpet cleaning fee of $80 when the move out instructions said it'd be $60 and the apartment was left cleaner than when I got it and I know the carpets were never cleaned before I moved in because of all the nastiness I vacuumed up when I cleaned it myself prior to move in. When I brought all this to their attention and mentioned I had photos they removed the cleaning fee and credited $20 for the carpet cleaning then added a bunch of new charges to get the amount back up to where it was with the erroneous fees added. Lastly they refused to do a final walkthrough with us saying they don't do it but again the move out instructions said they would on weekdays. Another huge issue they have is residents allowing their dogs off leash and pet owners not cleaning up after their pets and they claim to be trying to handle it but nothing changed the whole time I was there. I'm so happy to be out of there and in a new place that doesn't have all of these issues!

The living space is modern and new and well made. The kitchen has soft -close doors and cabinets. The kitchen sink is a deep, farmhouse style, and I absolutely love it. The natural light really fills this place and makes it feel so bright and cheerful. The bedroom and living area is very spacious and everything is easy to clean. All the appliances work wonderfully. The amenities are so clean and everything always smells good. The pool is awesome, the gym is great, and the conference rooms have really come in handy. It's a gated community and it feels really safe here. Never had any issues whatsoever. They have recycling and trash services too. It's just the best place to live in Jensen Beach. Close to literally everything. (And no, I wasn't paid to write this. This is an honest review from an actual tenant!) Love it here!

The closet space for the bedroom is in the living room. The "solarium" is really just a large area above the lobby with a fews couches to sit on. I guess it could be a good place to read if you want. AS the realtor I tired to negotiate a price (not worth $1800 for what it is), a tenant came out of his flat complaining about the roach problem. The realtor just shrugged his shoulders. The storage facility is basically some space in a "open to the elements" shared space with a trellis one the outside and padlocks. It would be too easy to break into. This space also had the laundry area and had maybe one washer and one dryer. You are exposed to the heat as it isn't enclosed. Inso far as docking your boat, sure, I am pretty sure you can walk over to the Marina who seems to own the docks would rent you a slip if any are available. There is no access to launch a jet ski, kayak, or paddle board from the property. So, that is what you get for $1875 a month. I offered $1500 and felt that was more than fare, I doubt if the realtor even bothered to take it to the owner of the building. I saw the unit in April and here we are, almost to July.
