When I got the phone call it was on a weekend and naturally, all rental/event companies were closed. I sent urgent emails to the top companies and the only one that took the time to get back to me was Bianka at Loot. I had emailed her a list of furniture that I was interested in and of course, a good majority of the items on my wish list were gone. Thankfully, Bianka was willing to sit down with me and together, we went through their inventory and came up with some really cool selections. I was also impressed that she was able to schedule a delivery within the timeframe that we needed! I received plenty of communication the day before delivery as well as the day of and was also called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. The team was quick and efficient during drop off and pickup and the furniture looked exactly as pictured online. To say everyone that visited the room was in awe is an understatement! I cannot say enough great things about the A-team at Loot. You guys were all professional, courteous and worked amazing under pressure. I look forward to working with you in the future.

If you order ahead of time, you will have a great selection, so jump as soon as you have your date nailed down! The person I worked with on the order was mostly helpful, but did not answer one specific question that I kept asking about matching items. The delivery men were really nice. They brought the items to the two different locations inside our office as we requested. I was disappointed that the tables were FAR more used than the pictures appeared. We were so disappointed in them that we didn't even use them, but we did not have time to call to get alternatives (and I doubt there were any at that point anyway). I was shocked to find that they wanted to pick up the items that we rented pretty much the minute our event ended. We obliged since we figured that would help get the crowd moving and realize that the party was over. Again, the gentlemen were kind in the process. We ended up using two companies and I will say that the items from both were more "tired" than expected, so I think they should let clients know that ahead of time. Update: I was given a refund on the tables we were unable to use, which tells me that they care about customer service.

After taking a look at their hours, I gave Marissa a phone call a little bit after her listed hours and she answered with such a friendly attitude and very willing to help. The event date was less than two weeks away and with her large inventory she was able to fulfill my entire request. From stanchions to wooden chairs and cocktail tables, Party On Texas had my event covered. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I will definitely be coming back for my future event needs and think y'all should too!
