But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

I didn't here from him for at least a month and so I called him and he told me how busy he was and that he would look into it and get back with me. Of course he didn't. I understand that good mechanics will be busy but not once did he call me to let me know what was going on with my mower. I finally texted him to let him know that I was going to pick it up and sell it and he didn't respond to that either. So when I picked it up a few days later he acted upset. He had my mower at least 2-3 months without letting me know anything unless I contacted him. If a company is going to stay in business, they have to communicate with the paying customers.

It was…read moresupposed to be a surprise to my husband, so I feel like I was taken advantage of by going in as a female, by myself. Living over an hour away, I chose to have the slingshot delivered, which cost $320. It was delivered filthy--not just dust from travel, but FILTHY. Trash in the storage compartments, under the seats (pop bottles, coins, pens, chapstick, fast food receipts) along with the sticky adhesive from the previous owner's lights around the sides and back of seats. And to top it off it has a HUGE gash in the side (that was not there when I test drove it!!) My husband of course was still excited until he drove it (of course I didn't notice how horrible the alignment is!!!). They have "graciously" offered to have us bring it back in to have it cleaned and aligned. Remember, I just paid $320 to have it delivered, why should I have to pay to take it back to have the things done that should have been done prior to delivery?? We don't drive the slingshot on the interstate and that was 99% of the reason of having it delivered. I wouldn't pay the teenage neighbor kid for a car in this condition, let alone a business!!! Pay $20,000 for a "fun" car and you'd expect better.

Their signage is as limited as their inventory…read more We stopped here on a rainy Saturday hoping to pick up some men's H-D tank tops, after all it was spring, but what we found was an extremely limited clothing area. They had only ONE style of tank and their logo was not "cool", just words. The clothing area was not the only "limited choses" in the facility. This was a HUGE facility with limited products. Translating to wasted square footage. I don't foresee this H-D being around long.

Had to go to…read moreGreensburg or Bloomington to get it serviced, so I was excited to learn that Seymour had taken over Honda when I bought my Goldwing from them in 2019. Mine was the first they'd sold, if I remember correctly. Well, I took it in for routine service May 31, and as of today (June 16), the solo mechanic hasn't started on it yet. Sounds like the owner needs to hire more staff (3 folks operate the sales, parts, and service depts). Trying to be patient, but this is ridiculous. I guess I should tell by there decreased inventory of bikes that motorcycles are not their focus. John's been wonderful to deal with on the phone (he's in sales, BTW), but his hands are tied if the place just has one mechanic. Sounds like I'll be looking to Indy in the future perhaps.

I heard there was new ownership so tried them again and I'll never be back. I wanted to buy a new Ranger and wanted trade in one really nice RZR 1000 turbo. Dealer came up with 3 prices retail, trade-in, and rough. He said they would pay the rough price as trade-in after I showed him photos it was super clean like new and had every Polaris accessory, and he is going to pay rough condition? Immediately offended I left sold it for over retail price because of all the accessories and had 3 buyers interested so he paid asking price. The buyer's first words was wow this is really clean. So I called back for a price on a Ranger which was way higher than other dealers. 3rd strike. I'm done. So. I ended up driving 3.5 hours each way into Illinois and bought one cash. I try to use local stores I will not spend my money at Polaris in Seymour.
