Got connected with Austin Woods and literally drove up a few days later to take ownership of the vehicle. The process was SOO fluid and transparent, no hidden information, no lack of communication. It's exactly what a car buying experience should be at this dealership. From the customer care, to the product -- whether it's a Chevy or a pre-owned vehicle. I'd drive 2 hours from Houston to make this my home dealership and only buy vehicles from Austin & Eli in finance. I can't recommend this business enough!!! Don't let negative reviews fool you, people always need their complaints to land somewhere. There is nothing negative about this business. It's a family friendly environment greeting all of their customers with smiles and wit. I commend JM Chevy and am grateful for an incredible car buying experience!!

However since then (I've only had the car 3 weeks) I've had to put it in the shop 3 times.Had to get new struts, that's $750, toggle switch $275, the time this dealership helped was the day after I brought it home it needed an intake manifold $870 they paid $400 since they sold it to me messed up, so I had to pay the other $470. Then another $120 for a front end alignment. So unless you want a lemon that you'll have to get me at to have fixed I wouldn't go here. I asked all the questions I should ask as a buyer and feel I was deliberately lied too. I obviously was. I will be making complaints to the OMV.

I looked up the part on line and it costs $200 or more not counting labor would probably been another two or three hundred. So I took the car to Loving Honda and had them to check it out. Turns out there were some hoses stopped up and the mechanic simply cleaned them out and it was good as new. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. It was at least three times lower than I was expecting. HERE'S MY POINT. We live in a society where integrity is almost a thing of the past. Most repair places would most likely have replaced the canister and charged me the full price for the job - and I wouldn't have known any different. But the guys here took care of the problem in a straight-up manner and only charged for what was actually needed, I applaud them for that! Having integrity in your business model can only bring more business and these guys have that! If I lived in east Texas this place would have all my vehicle business, and that's a fact! Kudos to everyone there!!

Making a deal from the comforts of my home has made me a loyal customer and would recommend this dealership to everyone. But Devin quickly put me in touch with Slade in the Service Department and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Most of the purchasing process was handled through calls, text, and emails because I live 2 1/2 hours away. And before getting in touch with this dealership, I dealt with several "scammer dealerships". I knew the value of the truck I wanted and I knew what a fair asking price was. I didn't have to deal with any of the nonsense working with Devin and Wright GMC. And because of this I will forever recommend this dealership to everyone. And highly consider it for any future vehicle purchase.
