Love this place! I got my nose pierced by Bradlee and he was so informative and overall such a nice person. I can say it can be a little pricey, depending on the type of jewelry you get but I am a firm believer in, you get what you pay for. I've had numerous piercings at weird tattoo shops that have no sense of symmetry and crappy jewelry. You don't get that here. Also they have all their prices on the website so you know what you're potentially going to pay before you get there :) the wait is crazy long with walk ins and appointments for kids but it's in such a perfect spot to stop at the beach or grab something to eat near by, just prepare to make a trip out of it. I got my septum done today, by Bradlee. As soon as I walked into the shop I was welcomed and felt comfortable. Bradlee did a great job helping me relax since I was nervous and explained everything. Piercing didn't hurt at all and it was seriously ONE OF THE BEST PIERCING EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! I won't go anywhere else from now on! Best place to upgrade your jewelry and get piercings done professionally! Andrea helped me pick out new jewelry to upgrade and for new piercings. She was really knowledgeable in what jewelry would look nice in terms of placement. She already knew how it would look like. She replaced my old rook jewelry with ese. I didn't feel a thing. For the other piercings, Bradlee handled them all. He performed the daith piercing with such fludity and I couldn't believe he finished so fast. I barely felt anything. I previously had a targus hole that I thought had closed up but he just popped it back open and slightly stretched it. Honestly I felt the stretch more then the other piercings.On a whim, I decided I wanted to get targus done on the other ear and he took care of that no problem. Love this place and the people. They were so excited about the jewelry I chose and provided suggestions, which I am glad I took because they are the experts. They are great with little children too! We have had a great experience here with our daughter. She was eager to get her ears pierced at age 9. They were super patient with her when she got a little nervous and did a wonderful job piercing both ears at the same time back in May. I've been happy with the earrings they sell that lock on so no fear of losing them and they have smooth, flat disk backs that are super comfortable to wear. Huge thanks for the follow up service we got today when she had to take the earrings out for a sports competition. They sold us a new removable pair and let us come back the next day to put the original earrings back in. This was no easy task because my daughter is super sensitive and knew what to be afraid of this time. It took a good 20 mins of her freaking out and needing to be calmed down and he was sooooo sweet with her. We got it done and will wait much longer before messing with them again. I highly recommend this place for piercing of any age. It's very clean and professional. I had told him that I was nervous bc that was my 3rd time repiercing it and how I had a horrible experience the first time. He was so kind and reassured me that it would be painless. And guess what?? I took my 8 year old here last week to get her ears pierced for the first time and we had a really great experience. My kiddo was nervous but everyone at the shop was very honest and reassuring- they taught her about her aftercare and were very patient and attentive. I'm a career microbiologist, so I'm always watching carefully for sanitation practices, and I felt like they were extremely clean and hygienic. We were attended by a blonde lady who was staring at us and rudly told us what we were there for before denying us service because we were "there to late" when it was 5:10 and they close the shop at 6:00. After we were walking away there were people standing in line after us and she attended them even though they were there after us. My friend and i, not having an appointment was not the issue because their website clearly states that they are only accepting walk ins. I am very confused on why she would deny us service but attend at least 4 people after us. Will not be going there again and would never recommend to a friend. read more

Can't say enough about Bradlee and his shop! I have a couple of piercings and had been wanting to get a couple more. My step-daughter wanted one as well and I suggested we get them in California as our memory from our vacation from Texas! I got an anti-tragus and a high lobe and daughter got a daith. I usually get plain-jane jewelry but Bradlee showed me some beautiful small jewels the color of the ocean at a good price so how could I resist and am so glad I did! So far, Bradlee has pierced my septum, left nostril and both of my high nostrils. Marking piercings is never something I'd never want a piercer to rush, and he made sure he got it right.
