Because I trusted her, I was confident that I would be pleased with Bradlee and it would be worth the trek from Riverside, CA. I brought my girlfriend along as part of a Girls Day Out. She and I immediately squeaked at the location. The boutique sits in a quaint area of a beach community and fits right in with its surroundings....small but mighty is the phrase I would use to describe the place. We were immediately greeted by the lovely Andrea who took us on a tour of the plethora of jewelry options. I have never seen so many quality jewelry options in one spot at price points for every budget. Wow! I went in for a nostril piercing and Andrea showed me and walked me through the pros and cons of the different jewelry styles for nose piercings. She is crazy knowledgeable and customer-oriented without being pushy. She was so chill and wanted to ensure that I chose what was best for me. Can't say enough great things about her. Once it came time for the piercing, Bradlee led me to "the chair". It reminded me of a dentist's chair, and I hate the dentist. However, Bradlee was incredibly comforting and talked me through every step of what he was doing. This guy is the real deal. No nonsense. Professional. Takes great pride in his work. The placement of my small stud was perfect and I absolutely love it. Once this heals, I have no doubt I will be back to get more jewelry and perhaps to correct some of the piercings I have in my lobe that I've let close up. Check this place out. I came here after a nightmare visit to Body Piercing by Tracy to get a nose ring removed because I accidentally bought a fake gold ring and it was causing a flare-up/infection. At Body Piercing by Tracy, this large woman told me she could change it out for me with no problems.. hardly! For fifteen minutes I sat in agony while she bumbled around with her large man-hands trying to force the ring to unhinge. It was so bad that I was drenched in sweat from the excruciating pain, my eyes were streaming tears to the point that I couldn't see, and I suddenly became so nauseous that I had to suddenly yell at her to stop because I almost vomited. Can you believe that?! It was torture! I've never had such a horrifying experience at a piercing salon before. I seriously think that woman is a sadist. I was desperate to get out of there so I practically ran out of there and drove down the road to this place. The staff here is so very professional and friendly! The exact opposite of what I experienced. I was so nervous, actually terrified of getting my ring replaced. But, the kind man working here helped to calm my nerves and what-ya-know, he removed my ring with minimal pain and replaced it with an actual gold one in as little as 30 seconds. I know now who I'll be doing business with in the future! They have the best options for nose jewelry that I've seen. It's expensive, but the quality is worth it! this place is amazing! my husband surprised me for my birthday and i got seven... yes, SEVEN new piercings. all on my ears and Bradley was AMAZING. he was so patient and so supportive and so encouraging through each one. he was a rockstar when it came to picking out jewelry too. we had our 7 month old daughter in a stroller and he was completely accommodating. i'm literally two days in and i have zero pain (unless someone kicks me in my ear) and i can confidently say it is all because of his technique. Outstanding service. Bradley pierced my 5 month old daughter's ears and did an outstanding job. He was a very good communicator and obviously had dealt with a lot of babies/young children. He said not to worry about how long it took to mark her ears (it only took a few minutes) just let her move and keep her happy. He triple checked the placement and was willing to try again/move the dots if I wanted but they were perfect. He was very quick with the actual piercing. He and the other girl (I think her name was Andrea) were also very helpful to my two year old son who was with me. They set him up on the bench with a stool since it was higher and offered to help us out. Bradley explained everything in detail and was a very comforting presence. The girl who did my piercing was the sweetest girl ever, but she recommended the wrong piercing for me. It was way too big for my ear and I couldn't touch it without it hurting. I have a very high pain tolerance so it's strange. No one warned me that a hoop can heal crooked or that you aren't supposed to have a hoop before it heals. It hurt so bad that I ended up taking out the hoop and put in a stud. I'm 1,000 times more comfortable since I changed it. Very sweet girl with a quick piercing. She made it easy to stay calm. The only complaint is how large the ring was and how it caused me pain. I wish she told me more about what the different studs and options there are. I know there are different gauges but she never told be what mine is. It was a pretty good experience while I was there. They even gave me lollipops read more

I am so happy I came here! I just my belly pierced a hour ago and typically I'm a big baby when it comes to needles, Bradlee was so nice and helped me with breathing and honestly was so reassuring! I went in on saturday almost right after they opened to get my conch and rook done. The jewelry selection was super large and had lots of variety. Staff were super helpful. It was a bit of a wait, especially due to COVID protocols, but I'm glad they are taking the necessary precautions to keep both the customers and the staff safe. If you don't feel like sticking around to wait the entire time, they allow people to leave and keep their place in line. I had the best experience with Bradlee at this place! First my roommate and I came in about 20 minutes before they were closing, so we were those people. Bradlee was super nice and still wanted to make sure I had the best experience rather than rushing us so he could leave. I originally just wanted one more hole on each ear, but after Bradlee looked at my ears, he was extremely knowledgeable about really thought about my happiness in the future. He told me my previous holes were really off centered and the new holes wouldn't be even, so he suggested redoing a few of them. I appreciated his honesty and appreciated that rather than just doing the two I went in for and getting me out the door, he stayed late to make sure I was satisfied.
