I did not ask but I believe this is a family restaurant. Service was good. This restaurant is not geared toward tourists, so service can be improved. But that also makes food to be much better. La Latina offered up a very attractive burger, cooked just right & not too big on the size (good). The bite I had was really good. Me, I kept it sort of light. Their Imperial IPA pour is rich with a smooth intake that's slightly sweet followed by a very mild bitter finish. No overbearing piney or earthy taste. Just a superbly balanced beer. I also tried their lager, but I didn't get a second round. The bartenders were excellent and provided good service. To be honest, I enjoyed their Imperial enough to give my compliments to the brewer. Patatas and peanut mix were also a good pair to the beers. Just my thoughts, as someone who has consumed craft beers from across the United States. Check it out!
