I did online research and was impressed with Dr. Ellis's background, so I scheduled a new patient consult with her. From the first few moments in the office, I new that I had discovered the best chiropractic care for my needs! Dr. Ellis took time to ask a lot of questions about my overall health, my recent injury and what I was expecting from chiropractic care. She even took time to show me a model of a spine and explained why I was feeling lower back pain and what exactly needed to be done to get rid of the pain. I felt immediate relief after the first few rounds of adjustments, and I decided to continue having adjustments because I could tell that I felt better after each visit. I later experienced another injury on the other side of my lower back, and Dr. Ellis worked her magic that allowed me to move around better without lower back pain and without any pain from sciatica. I even tried a couple of sessions of MLS laser therapy, and that helped me to find quick, almost instant relief. Dr. Ellis offers so much more than chiropractic care. She knows what helps the mind, body and soul! She and her staff are always personable. She works quickly and effectively, but she makes you feel like you are her top priority. Patients are more than just clients here. Dr. Ellis is sincere, is a great listener and has a good sense of humor. I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky.
