100% Chiropractic - 4S Ranch - Great location - Chiropractors Near Me - San Diego, California

This was one of the most unprofessional business experiences I've had. I purchased a Groupon for my husband, but he was so uncomfortable with the constant pressure to purchase additional services that he didn't even want to complete the sessions. Rather than focusing on providing a quality experience, every visit felt like a sales pitch. Unfortunately, the persistent upselling overshadowed the service itself and left us with a very negative impression. Groupon included 3 adjustments and a stretch/massage. They stated that person gave his 2 weeks so no one can provide those services. He was dreading going for the next appointment so he opted to not return. The constant sales tactics and pressure was insane and beyond unprofessional. Buyer beware! read more

Dr. Jackie and the whole team are wonderful. They have helped me feel so much better and pursue new goals, in a low pressure and fun environment. Love the app and the ease of scheduling appointments. read more

I went in September because I was having neck issues and I thought at $50. It was a great price to introduce me to the crew and what they can do and it comes with x-rays on your spine and neck and during that they showed me and had a consultation with me about how my neck was compressed. I'm a skeptic about everything pretty much but I needed to try and do whatever I could to fix my neck. So after my follow up six weeks later, they showed me all the progress I had made on my neck, etc.. The proof is in the pudding. Dr. Jackie is absolutely amazing. But also every staff member in there has an amazing professionalism to them and I appreciate everything they do. read more

Highly recommend: been going to Dr.Jackie for just over a year now and have had much improvement in my back pain and mobility. They work with your schedule and health plan to make it work best for you. Its not just chiropractic adjustments, she is also very knowledgeable about other suppliments and exercises to help with other problem areas. read more

Dr Jacqui is an amazing chiropractor and all around amazing person. I have had chronic back and neck pain for years now. I have utilized three other chiropractors for long stretches of time. Mindy is amazing and so kind and caring. The other chiropractic student is also kind and upbeat. I love that they serve lemon water and play happy music. My only cons are that just like other chiro's I think the initial plunge is a set amount of money (a costly package). However, I guess if Im virtually pain free compared to pain every morning and all day) is worth a million dollars! I love that they take Xrays before and after. I also find the traction helpful. Found 100% Chiropractic through a referral from some close friends and I'm glad I went through with it! Dr. Jaqui, Dr. Hannah, and the rest of the staff at this location are amazing and so nice! Had some shoulder problems that they've been helping me with and even helped with a few gout attacks in my ankles I've had recently. I know I've already felt positive changes in my body during my time here and definitely recommend for anyone with any body/joint issues. read more

I've been to about half a dozen chiropractors in my life to help with chronic neck/back pain. I have to say that Dr. Jacqueline Grant at 100% Chiropractic in 4S Ranch is by far the best doctor I have seen. The office not only takes x-rays with precise measurements of the spine, but also a full biometric scan. With these tools, Dr. Jackie is able to target the specific problem areas. She clearly explains what/where the problem is and what the plan is to slow or reverse misalignments. What is very helpful is the Dr. Jackie meets with the patients to show progress by comparing prior x-rays/scans and adjust treatments accordingly. I was so surprised to see how much my vertebrae had moved in just 5 months. It was encouraging to see that all the effort was indeed making a difference. In addition, Dr. Jackie takes a well rounded approach, by suggesting certain supplements to help the body through the healing process, as well as providing the patient with specific exercise/stretching program, home neck traction. For these that need it, her office provides laser therapy and massage. Lastly, Dr. Jackie and her staff are super helpful and friendly. read more

Ambiance: Cleanliness: Staff: Patient Care: It was my first visit as a new patient to Dr. Jacqui Grant and 100% Chiropractic. It felt more like entering a spa than your typical doctor's office especially with the warm friendly welcome from the front desk representative, Heather. My new patient experience was awesome! Dr. Grant was very Informative as she walked me through the entire process step-by-step, what to expect, and was overall very informative. I can actually say I look forward to my visits seeing the doc! Highly recommend! read more

There are many things I love about 100% Chiropractic in 4S Ranch. What really makes this place wonderful is when you walk in, how many people they help from different walks of life. Veterans like myself (the VA will allow you 12 visits), elderly patients, athletes, military, teens, kids, parents, and rehab patients. Also, everyone is treated according to their needs. I asked why my adjustment was different that others, and it's because they actually looked at my Xray and medical history. Dr Jacqui and her staff are kind and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and gets to know you. Whenever I make progress with my rehab or have a big win in life, they congratulate me and celebrate. They will speak Spanish to customers who may struggle with English. And they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The extra services also are great. The Masseuse is second to none. The laser therapy works for me. They do have a lot of supplements they will recommend, but you never feel pressured to buy them. As far as my care, I have a broken back from the Marines. I looked around and settled on 100% because they looked at me as an individual. They don't do the same adjustments for everyone. The progress I have made has been amazing. You may not get instant relief, (some people expect that after one visit and years of neglect), but you will get quality adjustments that don't waste your time. You may have to wait sometimes. Why? Because the quality of service there, from the treatment to the staff is 100% amazing. That is why it is always full at peak hours. It doesn't matter who you are, they will work with you and give you amazing care! read more

Wow what a gem, whenever we are visiting California we always make sure to come here for an adjustment when we can. The staff is so friendly and and Doctor Jackie is a true wizard of her craft. I highly recommend and wished we lived in California to see them weekly. read more

After a few months of looking more into chiropractic care. The form of care from this business is not proven to help in any way. Very much pseudoscience. Chiropractic paired with PT is where you truly find results. This place is a scam and built to sell. I got the vibe from the beginning and am sad I didn't listen to my gut. From the hidden charges, not using my insurance when asked too, to trying to sell and push supplements in my face every time we have a 3 or 6 month "check in" on my progress. I am now 3 months out of care from this place and have been doing PT and my back and neck feel much better than when I was at 100% Chiro. I stand by what I said, find a private practice. This place is just going to take your money. read more

I can't recommend Dr. Jacqui and the staff at this chiropractor's office enough. Suffering from lower back and shoulder pain, and wrist issues due to carpal tunnel aggravated by rheumatoid arthritis, I found tremendous relief here. Dr. Jacqui's expertise not only eased my general discomfort but also specifically targeted my shoulder pain and lower back problems. The entire team is caring and nice, creating a welcoming environment. I'm grateful for the positive impact on my well-being. read more

I was sold a huge contract with so many visits built in, I have not seen any improvement with going in for so many visits and repent signing up and paying so much. The wait times for 5 min adjustment is way too long. The laser treatment are useless with the amount they charge and the no of minutes you receive the treatment you get. It is a a complete rip off. Would not recommend this scam read more

This is my first time pursuing chiropractic aid. Dr Jacqui and her efficient and warm desk team have already brought me great healing. they are up front about the cost and schedule, are easy and welcoming to children and the entire experience is tops.- Dr. Jacqui and her fellow Drs all have that "thousands of hours of expertise," touch- where they know what your body needs for alignment- even better than you do. This has been a valuable investment of time and resources; this is a wonderful place of healing, shepherded by the masterful Dr Jacqui. My daytime neck pain has left me. My tension headaches are diffused, and sleep pain is improving. I highly recommend. read more

I was a Client for this chiropractor for a few weeks. I felt like i was being discriminated because I was mexican. They made me wait over 25 minutes in a room because they were going to do some exams. They never did them. There was on specific person that made me feel unwelcomed. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I was scammed there today and left so angry! The offer in the ad to which I responded includes (1) Xrays; (2) Doctor Exam; (3) Fit 3D scan; (4) Empowerment session (whatever that is); (5) Report of Findings; (6) First Life Changing Adjustment; and (7) 30 minutes stretch therapy or massage. Turns out, you do not get an adjustment or massage during your first visit. The ad is intentionally misleading. Also, the office is run like a mill with three patients in a large room at one time, with the waiting patients in chairs on a wall in the same room. Very impersonal and zero privacy. They did nothing for my pain today. I wasted an hour there. I left in the same pain as when I went in today. Not going back! read more

I signed a contract for a very large amount of money so that I could get some relief in my upper back. And I faithfully followed the directions on how many times a week to go and I haven't been able to be back because I have a bulging disc in my lower back. (I have a history of lower back problems) but what I am extremely disappointed with is that not one time did anyone call me since I haven't been there it's been almost 3 months. While you're in there they act like they care about everything they remember your name they ask you questions about personal things that you told them and then when you disappear they don't care read more

It's a hassle to schedule appointment, most of the time they wouldn't pick up the phone and don't have the courtesy to call back.

This place is amazing!! The staff is friendly and personable. The doctors (Jackie and Hannah) are knowledgeable and engaging. The office is cheerful and pleasant to be in. Most importantly, the treatments have been effective and it's been a game changer for my neck and upper back pain. I came in with severe pain. I couldn't sleep for weeks and I didn't think I was ever going to get relief. I hurt everywhere throughout my upper back and neck. In just a week I had minor pain and in three weeks it was gone! I've had to make some lifestyle changes and there's not a small fee involved for the service but it was well worth the money. I sleep great and I have no pain. read more
