I love this place. Their produce is top notch. Great deals on meats. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

I don't shop here very often as it is inconvenient for me, but I will come here for select items. I go here for the roasts. You can buy a 12-13 pound roast and then cut it up into smaller pieces. This works well for those who want to buy in bulk and makes for a great slow cooker pot roast. The other item I'll get is the full tenderloin. This is a big cash outlay, but makes for about 8 filet steaks once you process it. This then results in about a $5-6 filet. Grill that up with a few sides and a glass of wine and you have a first class meal for about $10. The store's business model is to charge you what it costs them plus $10%. I don't know if they actually sell at cost plus 10% but probably do. Just keep this in mind because when you get to the register, everything costs about 13-4% more, the 10% for the store and the rest is sales tax. When you walk in, you will get the feeling that this is a no frills store. It isn't some place where I really want to spend time browsing so I'm mostly in and out. Thought we would try here as a comparison between Aldi and Walmart. They did not disappoint. The layout is nice, isles are wider that Wal-Mart and Aldi which is great when you have kids with you. Staff really did not engage customers very much which unfortunately is a trend most businesses I feel need to refocus on. Price wise, if you shop for the "WOW" items you will save money on name brand products and their meat look good and decent in price as well. However, shopping up and down the isles pricing is right on with Wal-Mart maybe a few cents difference. When in town I will shop here again. read more

The associates that work on Dixieland are a tad rude ,unprofessional. I had to return an item that was already open and it was very difficult to get anyone's attention,including the worker sitting at the desk in the office who was playing on his phone.But when I did, he didn't even know anything about exchanges. I had to wait for fifteen minutes. The food is ok there.I wouldn't buy any meat though. Doesn't smell right,my opinion of course. There's an unpleasant odor while walking in the building.Some of the products expire fairly quick so make sure you look at the date.I honestly don't care for the produce.It's either wilted real bad or there's some fruit that are rotten. I had an issue with a purchase and the person who answered asked for manger. Spoke to manager and when I told her I would need a moment to grab the receipt she said "okay thanks bye" and hung up on me. Called back said manager "just left" I will be contacting my credit card company read more

I went to the store to get a few items, when I couldn't find one of them I asked for help from a lady named Tressah, she was very rude and had attitude like she didn't want to be there. She didn't help me find my item so I received help from another person. When I went to check out I saw her being rude to one of her employees, she rolled her eyes and walked off. She gives me a negative feeling and I WILL NOT be going back. She should not be there. I do not recommend anyone shop here read more

Normally I've not had much issue with this store/location. However, ever since they were going to be bought and changed into a 10Box, the quality of the items on the shelves, and in some cases (but not all) the service has also seemed to slump. We've had to return rotten meat back to this place ever since they were going to be bought and changed, as well as our latest trip dealt with a rude associate at the checkout. He seemed frustrated to check us out, just sort of tossed our items into the grocery bags and seemed less than invested in his job. It was mere minutes that we made it to our car that we noticed he was in his and leaving. Apparently, getting off shift to go home far outweighs proper customer service and attention to detail/duty. read more

I received an ad in the mail for 10 Box in Rogers. The boneless skinless chicken breasts looked like they were a good buy. However, when I looked for this item in the store they did not resemble the ones in the ad at all. The ones on sale were scrappy pieces of frozen chicken breasts, or I assume that's what they were. It was really hard to tell from their appearance. I took a photo and showed it to a man that worked there. He said that those were fish nuggets, not the advertised chicken breasts. I actually had to show him the package for him to know that they were chicken. Bottom line, truth of advertising, not so much. I won't be back and I don't recommend. read more

The first day it opened it was quit busy and I found it much cheaper than Aldi and Wall Mart on most items. I was surprised in the meat prices, I was able to fill my freezer for the winter. I was especially excited about the price of there Rip Eye and Strip roast. I even had them cut into steaks for me. Something I have not been able to afford at the other stores. There produce on special cant be beat, however on certain occasions I found the produce didn't seem a fresh so just check it out. The milk and eggs are priced low and as well as the cereal. I check their add each Wednesday to see what's on special. I haven't been to Aldi's but once since they open. As far as the customer service I fine it above average, they are very helpful and polite, they bag my items for me and even help me to the car. I am not sure what the other folks are talking about but I never have a bad experience when I shop. Those that know me know that I will visit with the manager if an issue occurs. read more
