You can buy a 12-13 pound roast and then cut it up into smaller pieces. This works well for those who want to buy in bulk and makes for a great slow cooker pot roast. The other item I'll get is the full tenderloin. This is a big cash outlay, but makes for about 8 filet steaks once you process it. This then results in about a $5-6 filet. Grill that up with a few sides and a glass of wine and you have a first class meal for about $10. The store's business model is to charge you what it costs them plus $10%. I don't know if they actually sell at cost plus 10% but probably do. Just keep this in mind because when you get to the register, everything costs about 13-4% more, the 10% for the store and the rest is sales tax. When you walk in, you will get the feeling that this is a no frills store. It isn't some place where I really want to spend time browsing so I'm mostly in and out. The good deal on meat makes up for the lack of glamour.

All throughout the store there are shelves up high with vignettes assembled by color. They are so thoughtful and full of good things that are sold twice a month. Plan on a few hours in this store. Plenty of room for carts, everything is grouped thoughtfully and THEY HAVE IT ALL! You'll be so tickled because there's a huge vintage section with items that aren't jacked up in price. In the back, there's a room with curated vintage. On the day we visited, everything except clothes were half off. SUPER COOL. The clothes in the back were extra special and still reasonably priced. Arts and craft items were sorted. The majority of art was hanging on the wall. I had the best time in this store- they really had everything you could think of.
