One of their drivers in brooklyn Center ran me off the road. There was road construction where his lane was ending and he had to get into the lane I was currently in. I let the vehicle in front of him in and he began bullying his way in front of me. Eventually there was no more room on the road and the person I had let in front of me pulled to the side so the cab could get by. Very in courteous and jerk. Bad look for the company. Absolutely pathetic. We tried to have a driver sent out to the golf club we were at and we sat there as the manager called 10/10 at 2:15 pm and requested a cab at 3:45 for us. We sat there and listened to him confirm that a cab would arrive for us. Good to go we thought and we sat down to eat. At 3:15 we all went downstairs to shower and change and came back up around 3:40. At 3:45 the manager saw us waiting and called 10/10. He was told that a cab was not going to arrive as they couldn't get one out there. He asked why a call wasn't made to inform him and then he was told that a cab did show up at 3:45 and it was a no show. What a load of BS! We were sitting at the front door and nobody showed up to pick us up. We had to call another cab service and it arrived at 4:15. As we were pulling out of the lot, we saw the 10/10 cab show up. I had the managers business card in my pocket and called him later that evening from the hotel. He told me that the driver showed up and told him that 10/10 has ZERO local dispatchers in the Twin Cities and that all dispatches are done from out of state! Is this true 10/10? If so, how in the hell can you expect to do business in the Twin Cities? I would love to see the response on here if 10/10 would care to retort. read more

Your taking your life into your hands using this taxi service. I was on 94 last night merging lanes because of construction and the guy driving #4125 comes zipping up from behind me. He go right next to me then started merging over into my lane forcing me onto the shoulder. Then 3 miles later when we merged onto 694, he crossed over 3 lanes at once and forced the car in the far left lane to slam on his brakes and veer onto the shoulder to avoid a collision. Last weekend at a gas station, a 1010 Taxi flew into the lot, slewed into a handicapped parking space, and the driver went into the store. No tag/plates for handicapped parking displayed. No passenger with tag. Not picking up a passenger with tag. Called to comment, no reply. Tweeted photo of the hot mess to them, no reply. Private messaged on Facebook, no reply. Clearly the company doesn't care enough to address their driver's illegal behavior. Not a fan. read more

I asked how much it would cost to go from my location to the train station, when it went way over on the meter he stuck to his word at the lower fare. I even tried to pay the higher fare but he felt that it was more important to be true to his word. if there was the possibility to give zero stars, this is what I would give to 10/10. We called the night prior to our departure to reserve a cab for the airport for 6AM. We made it clear that we had a flight to catch. Came 6 in the morning and no taxi. We called and their answer verbatim: we are still searching for a car. They had no idea when a car would be able to pick us up. So for a new taxi service, they fail. We had to drive ourselves and park at far greater expense. By 9:10 no cab dispatched and they could not give me any kind of ETA. I had chosen a traditional taxi over Uber since I could book ahead. Wound up using Uber anyway. Taxi came on time on this cold January day. Very clean taxi. Nice taxi driver with good driving. I used the in Taxi card machine which was really easy. I am prob going to use 1010 taxi more often now since the last couple times have been good experiences. I would recommend 1010 taxi to a friends and family. Wish i could give a zero. Reserved a cab a day ahead for a ride to the airport. Called them when no cab showed up. Was told to call back in ten minutes. Ten minutes later they said they had no driver. Drove myself to airport and paid over 150.00 for parking. If you can't provide the service get out of the business. read more

If you intend to get to your destination on time then this is probably the wrong service to use. I made a reservation for 6:15 and was told that my cab would be there at the reserved time. After being 10 minutes late I called and was rudely informed that these "things" take time and I should have known that. I called a different company was picked ASAP. An hour after my cab was supposed to be there I received a text telling my cab had arrived an hour after it was supposed to be there. The worst service ever! read more

I work at a hotel and called to set up a cab for a guest. The operator could not find the city of Burnsvill in thrie system to give my guest a ruff idea of how much it would cost. This is poor service for a company working in the state of Minnesota you should be able to find the cities with in this state. They often stop in to ask why we don't use their service.... I called here because the cab company I had called at two (2pm) to arrive at my house at five (5pm) had not shown up. I called 1010 and he was there in about 20 minutes from the time I called. I only gave four (4) stars because with all the bad reviews I want to make sure this wasn't a fluke of some sort. I do not take taxi's that often but the three times before this that I took other companies were all no shows or really late. read more

I have not experienced a bad ride with 1010 Taxi and have recommend it to my friends. The drivers are friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful. I once forgot my cel phone and my driver made several trips to return it to me. I will continue to use this service. read more

Terrible company, the dispatcher told me the driver was a mile away but it took him over 30 mins to arrive. When he got there he wouldn't let me speak, just kept yelling about giving him cash first before we drove off (This all after waiting in the cold in MN for over 30min) and so I gave him a little cash but my problem comes in, we are supposed to trust the drivers with our money AND trust that they won't mess with the meter to make extra money. It took 7 min to get me home, I just got off of work but if a driver feels I'm a threat they can take money first and then refuse my service if I don't pay right away...? I am urging everyone I know to use any cab company other than 1010 Taxi. This is the second day in a row that they are late. Yesterday it was over an hour. I have called to book the cab the night before and was assured and given a confirmation number. When I called this morning, they were "working on it" and there are no drivers in my area at this time. Dangerous driver of car #4187! The taxi was sitting at an intersection, second lane from the right. The only legal direction to go was straight ahead. While the light was still red, the driver decides to pull into the intersection and to turn to the right, cutting across the path of other vehicles. Just watched a cab blow through a stop sign at 20+ miles per hour...at my daughters' bus stop. 30 seconds and earlier and I'd be short one daughter. When I called their dispatch number to complain, they said there's nothing they can do, but here's another number to call. Called that, and the option to leave a message wasn't in the menu. Took a chance on 10/10 for a 4am pickup to MSP after Uber cancelled at midnight. Could not have been better. Clean well marked vehicle, spot on at 4am, driver gracious and in good spirits. Will be using 10/10 from now on! read more

We have used 1010 Taxi for many months with mixed results. A few times, they didn't show and a few times they added 7 miles to the trip. The last few times they were supposed to come, they just didn't bother to come or call. When I called, the operator said there was nothing they could do, they couldn't guarantee a driver would show. What is the point of the service if you can't guarantee a driver will show? One time the driver collected money when it had been charged on a card. Trying to get a refund or adjustment will take a long time and no fewer than six calls. Skip 1010. read more

I've grown to hate taxi service mostly because the cars are so beat up, and driver skills are so poor that it feels like traveling in a third-world country. I decided to give 10/10 a try in part because they seem to have standardized on newer cars. I was delighted with the service and will use them again. Clean, quiet car. Smooth ride. Called them at 8:30 PM for a ride at 9:30 PM and they confirmed the booking. Called them at 9:35 and was told the taxi would be there shortly. It is 4 miles away from my point. Called after 15-20 min again the same answer 4 miles away. Although they promised to check with dispatch and ask them to assign another cab. Called again after 15-20 min and then they told cab is 7.2 miles. Next time again 5 miles away. Had to call them more than 10 times and then finally spoke to their supervisor who said he'll personally arrange the car and finally got the car at 11:00 PM. This is the worst service. Called 24 hours in advance to schedule a pick up today Christmas Eve Day. When the taxi was late, I called and all the dispatch could tell me was that my route was accepted and they were on my way. I asked for the drivers phone number so I could call to find out what the ETA was, they cannot give that out- understood. But asked them to have the driver call me and they said they cannot do that either. Waited 10 more minutes and 1010 called me to ask if I was still waiting. Yes!!!! They hung up? Waited 5 more minutes and still no show. I ended up driving myself to the airport or I would miss my flight. Thanks 1010 Taxi for the extra expense (parking at the airport for a week) this Christmas season. Never, ever use this company. I wish I could give a negative rating. Weather was not an issue. Would never call these guys...was next to a 1010taxi (#4196) at a stoplight yesterday, and there was a young girl sitting in the front passenger seat tugging away on a cigarette. So if you are looking for a smoke free taxi....it's obvious they don't require their drivers to keep their taxis smoke free - move on to a different taxi service. read more

I've used 10/10 every week day for over a year now, and their customer service has steadily gone down in that time. I have a scheduled pick up time 5 days a week, most of the time someone gets there on time, but more frequently I've had rides that are between 15-45 minutes late. When I call to ask where is my ride, I'm told there are no cabs in my area and they don't know when one will be, so scheduling a pickup 1+ hours ahead of time makes no guarantee they will actually pick you up at the scheduled time. There are some really nice drivers that work for 10/10, but I've had drivers pick up and then cancel my ride without letting me or dispatch know, so when I call to check where they are I'm told the ride was either completed or cancelled meaning I have to request another cab and continue to wait hoping the 2nd one will show up. I've been made to talk to dispatch when a driver has a problem because they don't speak English well enough to communicate with dispatch. I feel that is extremely disrespectful to make a paying customer act as liaison between a driver and the company they work for. But above all: DO NOT LINK YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEIR APP! Drivers have the ability to charge your card for whatever they want without having ever picked you up. I had a driver pick up my call, cancel the ride and then charge my card. I am looking for another solution for my daily ride, since 10/10 has declined to the point that they're no longer better than any other (crappy) cab company in Minneapolis. Had a horrible experience with 1010 taxi this morning. Sometime while I was preparing for my travels in the early morning my 1010 driver tried to call me. I was busy getting ready and missed the calls. When I noticed the calls, I ran down with my luggage thinking they had been waiting for me. He had not! He said did you need a taxi. I said "yes, I booked it last night and expected you here by now." He said " we'll i been trying to call you for 15 minutes." Not true! according to my phone it had only been minutes, by the time I got all the way downstairs and returned the call from his first call. He said well you still need a taxi. I said yes. He said it'll be 10-15 minutes before I get there. I said "well then your 15 minutes later than I scheduled." He said you don't talk to me that way and hung up on me. I called the dispatch to verify that he was still coming. The lady said yes. I said "can you please check he was mad and hung up on me." Again the lady said "yes, it shows he is on his way." I said "ok." I waited 15 minutes and when the taxi still had not arrived I called back. There was no longer a reservation for me. The next dispatcher did try to help me get a new taxi. But took forever and didn't get me a eta when I specifically asked for one. I ended up having to drive my self to the airport and arrived in the middle of my boarding process. read more
