I called Sewer Heroes for an emergency plumbing issue at our home in Studio City after our sewer…read morestarted backing up from the cleanout. We found out that although a lot of the sewer lines under the house had been updated over the years, the main sewer line was still an old clay pipe with roots growing into it. The Sewer Heroes team came out quickly, cleared the line with hydro jetting, and even did a sewer camera inspection afterward to show us what was going on inside the pipe. Honestly, I wish we had checked the sewer system before buying the property because after doing some research, it seems like a lot of older homes still have clay sewer pipes with root intrusion problems. We're currently in the process of permanently addressing the issue with trenchless sewer repair methods, and they did a great job explaining how the process works along with all the benefits compared to traditional excavation. Thankfully we found Sewer Heroes. They were professional, super clean, friendly, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Easily one of the best plumbing and drain cleaning companies in the Studio City area. Highly recommend them if you need sewer repair, hydro jetting, or a sewer camera inspection.

I am so surprised at myself that I haven't done a Yelp review on this quick, efficient, helpful…read moreservice called 911 Plumbing. The name speaks on its own. This review is a bit overdue. Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. Shout out to their secretary too. She gave us an estimated time and date and both guys were in front of my door 10 minutes prior. 10/10. Open 24/7 for our convenience.. Thank you, highly recommend to those, who are looking for great, knowledgeable, professional plumbers such as 911 plumbing..

Rooter Guy Plumbing Plumbing, Hydro-jetting, Water Heater…read moreInstallation/Repair Burbank, CA Jun 30, 2025 I own a duplex in Burbank and recently had a plumbing issue in one of the units--slow flushing toilet and a gurgling bathtub. With only one bathroom in the unit, I needed it addressed immediately. I called Rooter Guy Plumbing at 9:00 am and spoke with Alex, who was professional, responsive, and gave me a clear estimate along with a service window between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. To my surprise (and my tenant's relief), Alex called back shortly after and said a technician could arrive even earlier--by 10:30 am. The team arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even recorded a video to show me what was going on. They also offered recommendations for long-term solutions and provided a follow-up estimate--all very helpful, especially since I live out of state in Las Vegas. As a landlord managing from afar, it's crucial to have reliable service providers who act quickly and can handle everything virtually. Alex and the Rooter Boys team delivered exactly that. Thank you again, Alex! You've officially become my go-to plumbing company in Burbank

Highly, highly, highly recommend this plumbing company because they are reliable, honest, fast, quiet, clean, and care about their quality in the work they do. I've hired multiple plumbing companies over the past 15 years and experienced loud noises of tools being banged around and tossed. And then left with a filty dirty, muddy mess to clean up afterwards. Some even refused to wear booty covers over their boots. It was truly a disgusting experience and my least favorite having them enter my home with dirty boots on. Not today! There were two men that came out to assist today with the leaky faucet and changed the old faucet to a brand new one and even cleaned the area that they worked in and also cleaned out the pipes. They wore the booty boot covers with no issue and kept not only my home clean but also the area they worked on, and this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful that they took the time to be delicate and efficient with the work space. I was not overly charged with a high price. I was charged fair and reasonable and am thankful that as a customer was not taken advantage of by being over charged. Because there were two they worked so efficient that this was done so quick and also without noise. The response time was quick and I was able to have someone assist me within the same day that I called. I appreciate the response time and for the honesty because I've had other not provide an exact time and then not show up or state they would need to follow up the next day.
