We re-plumbed our house through the ceiling which produced 15 holes (with preserved original drywall), had a small roof leak, and some cracking in our walls. He erased any trace of them and filled in other little spots along the way. He came out and gave me a fair detailed estimate on the spot. He was able to start within 2 weeks. He provided a painter referral who has not yet painted but I have hired. The only thing he forgot to mention is that he only accepts check or Zelle, no credit cards. We purchased a renovated older style home, and when we were going through the motions of the purchase, the first thing we knew we were going to work on was the backyard. The house still had a chain-link fence in the backyard which was along an alley, only security we had were the 14 oleanders blocking the alley from my back yard and pool. I was looking at getting a 6ft, 75LF block wall installed. For a home job like that I was reaching out to many contractors for bids. Rod by far was the most realistic priced sub contractor. I honestly feel bad for anyone who calls everyone but Rod for a bid. When I say Rod's prices are fair I mean they are FAIR. 3x, 4x, even 5x times fair, if you get my drift. Without hesitation I gave the job to Rod and his team. Then a bunch of weird stuff happened, all on my part. But the main thing Rod kept in touch every week for a month until I was ready to go. He even hung around the backyard until the inspector came. Job was done in 3 days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm going to reach out to him again for another bigger job. Its without saying they've earned a loyal customer.

Unfortunately, they were incredibly careless and simply washed all of the concrete from that home, causing it to drain down in front of our home and three other neighbors. We were extremely upset by this and tried to reach out to the contractor to address the situation, but they never responded to our calls. We're now considering filing a complaint and taking legal action against them. Overall, we would not recommend this contractor to anyone. Update: After posting this review and sending a screen shot to him/then, a gentleman from the company called me and told me it is not against the law to do what he did. As I was trying to I ask him if he was going to pay for the cleanup, he said I am a very bad person and hung up the phone. I then wrote them another text message as follows: I called your numbers for 2 days. No one returned my calls. If you pay the expenses of the cleanup for the mess that you left and caused, I am happy to remove the reviews. Cleanup cost is $480. They did not reply.
