I couldn't be happier. Joe responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. His team (Michael and Tim) texted me when they were on their way. Arrived exactly when they said they would. They perfectly mounted my 86" TV to the wall with ease. I was wondering where on the wall I wanted it...Michael was helpful in working through a few options for me. He and Tim were very nice. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. A flat fee of $150. WELL WORTH it to me. Few other companies were going for $225, $185, $175 per hour, etc... Thank you, Michael, Tim, and Joe! 100% recommend this team.

Wow. Quick and Painless!! Hubby bought a new 75" and thought he'd be able to set it up himself. ‍ I knew better so I requested quotes via Yelp. Photo of mounted 55" tv I tried mounting a tv myself but a seemingly simple job turned into a pain when I found out my studs weren't where they should be. I was about to cut a giant piece of plywood to bridge the gaps then called Joe. He came out the next day and had a mount that was able to work with my stud pattern without any extra wood. I got quoted $250 and up from other servers and Joe quoted me $125, which is half! Not only were they on time and had reliable communication but the process took less than an hour. Couldn't find anyone in my area to install my ceiling surround sound speakers. I found these guys luckily . Excellent service and my speakers look awesome!!! They even took my TV off the wall to adjust the mount because it was tilting too much. They hooked everything up to my receiver and set everything for best quality sound. I do not recommend. The pricing was completely off. When I requested an invoice after I paid by Venmo, the owner said I will now have to charge you tax. The original price and the price on the invoice before tax did not match. He refused to explain why the original charge and the before tax charge on a picture of an invoice did not match. Joe the owner only accepts Venmo or cash for payment. When I originally questioned the pricing he said he would refund me if it was wrong and he did not. Update: Joe, thank you for your reply. The job was suppose to be only one day and it turned into three. The second time for the largest TV you came alone. My teenage son and I had to help you lift and mount the TV. I sent a picture of the size before you came. Each time you came you never gave an invoice. I guess you are still out. I don't like leaving bad reviews as this is my first. I felt it was necessary after the way you handled the situation. I was going to remove the review after you requested me to do, but it would not be fair to future customers. There is a lot more I could write, but I won't at this time. There were always six TV's. Update and I hope the last. Joe, please stop contacting me and sending me text messages. This is very unprofessional. read more

These guys were great. I got quoted $600 which was by far the best pricing. They came out and got straight to work and were very respectable towards my house. They got the work done in about an hour and they only charged me less than half of what they quoted. Didn't try to pull one on me and I really like that. They cleaned up and moved the furniture back to where it was. Super outstanding guys. I am recommending them to friends and family if you need them to set up your home theater. read more

We recently moved into a new construction home. I needed two Samsung Frame televisions hung and a panel cut in the walls to run the wiring behind them. I reached out for several quotes and availability on a Tuesday for Installation on the Thursday of the same week. 1 Stop Av responded quickly and confirmed availability and gave a fair clear quote. On the install day Joe communicated he was going to arrive early and brought an additional person to help with the install. They had both TVs installed in 30 minutes! So great to see you replied Joe, as everything you have stated in your reply is either incorrect or untruthful. Let me address each one of these statements that you have made. Also, let it be stated that I have actual documentation to back up EVERYTHING I have stated. I had both a phone and text conversation with Joe prior to the services. During these conversations I sent a picture of the video wall as it was fully displayed and had a frame built around it. Joe stated that I would need to go purchase TV moving boxes prior to their arrival, which I did. Upon arrival, his technician DID NOT at anytime mention any issues with the TV/monitors at all, as there was NO damage to them at this time. Joe also mentioned that we had movers moving things throughout this time, which is UNTRUE. We did not start any part of the moving process until the evening of the day that Joe's tech was in our office. So to make it sound as though the movers may have damaged it is a complete LIE!! In addition to the tech not calling out any issues with the screens, he was COMPLETELY unprepared. He did not have a ladder and had to use our ladder. He did not have any way to carry the screens to his vehicle, the mentioned floor dolly was in fact ours as well. So to say you use dollys, how do you use dollys unless they are being supplied to you by your customer? Kind of strange if you ask me. As a customer, we literally had to supply EVERYTHING for your tech. You stated that you use dollys because the removal office was on the fifth floor and the new office was also on the fifth floor. WRONG!! You should get your stories straight before trying to make an honest customer look bad. You see, the office where the removal was on the twelfth floor & our new office is on the fourth floor. When our CEO met you at our new office and the install was complete he took a look at it, saw that the display was up and running, then promptly paid you upon completion. It was not until later in the day that he actually had time to take to closer look and see the damage to the display. Again, this was at no time when there were any movers or anything being moved anywhere near these screens. The ONLY people who had touched them from the beginning was your tech and you Joe. This is a clear damage to the corner of the screen and not a burnout as you stated. Yet another lie. You stated that I contacted you the next day, another lie. I contacted you the SAME day. The pictures being 10 days old, nope, the picture was five days prior, as it was the picture I sent to you prior to your service. You clearly have multiple issues with your business, as Google showed your business as temporarily closed a couple weeks ago (right after our issue occurred), and is now showing as permanently closed. Your response that is filled with lies and misinformation speaks for itself as to your personal virtues, ethics, morals, integrity and principles. read more

Joe was responsive from the beginning. He is straight forward in his pricing, and easy to schedule with. He and his crew arrived when they said they would, and had the tv and sound bar mounted in literally a quarter of the time it would have taken me. He listened to what I was asking for, double checked measurements prior to making any holes in the wall, and cleaned up when they were done. Also, Joe was very friendly! That goes a long way! Also, Joe was very punctual. He arrived when he said he would and then didn't take all day to get the tv up. He had the materials he needed, made sure I had the equipment he would need, and showed up when he said he would. I think that basically makes him the go-to for this kind of thing. read more

Great company, and great service. We had our entertainment room completely redone. Before, we were just projecting onto a wall and had our speakers behind the couch, it looked bad and sounded bad. We went with 1 Stop AV and they did everything for us, making great suggestions to completely hide all the wires, moving a receiver out of sight and we ended up picking KEF ceiling speakers, and a projector screen bought through 1 Stop Av, nice and easy. Now our home theater looks awesome and so neat and clean, no messy wires, no speakers on the floor, and it's optimized and running great, the sound and picture quality are amazing and I am so glad we chose them to do the work. Getting Joe and his team to re-mount my TV was worth every penny. Took my family hours to mount the 70" TV many years ago. It took so long my neighbor even stopped by to watch this show. 3-hours later, the TV was mounted, off-centered, and wires peeking out. Well, I decided on getting a professional to help this time around. Joe was the first to respond with an offer and provided excellent communication throughout the process. He answered ALL my questions before I scheduled the appointment. Joe's pricing is fair and was definitely cheaper than the other bids. It wasn't the cheapest but I do believe in the saying "you get what you pay for". I would prefer to go with a vendor that had backup mounts and supplies and professional knowledge of how to set up the TV than trying to save $5. I did thorough research on all the vendors that got back to me. After looking at everyone's pictures and reading feedback, I concluded Joe's TV mounting skills were top-notch. His alignments are always perfect. I wanted all the wires to be hidden. His team arrived on-time and gave me options of height and placement of my new mount. He did all the math for the mount and builder pre-built setup. Now my TV is perfectly centered with a full-motion mount and no wires peeking out. He even future-proofed my mount so it can hang my next TV (80"+) without any issues. Joe finished in under 30 minutes! Wow! I also had plans of mounting my soundbar so I don't see any wires. Again, Joe gave me options and I was able to make an informed decision that worked for my setup. Thanks Joe for all your help. Joe and his team at 1 Stop AV are fantastic! My entire experience was first class, from the upfront pricing and excellent communication down to the high level of professionalism and craftsmanship. They installed two Samsung Frame TV's in my home (a 65" and a 50") and both turned out great; these televisions both come with a sort of unique mounting system but they were able to navigate it without a problem, hide all the wires and left my house immaculate. Had them over today- they were picked because of their proximity to our house so I sent them a request for an estimate for my 75" tv instillation. Within minutes my estimate was presented and I'd actually gotten their last appointment of the very same day. Glad that I did. They stayed in touch as per their exact arrival, masked up, professional, thorough and efficient. Their price may have been amongst the lowest, but their service has to be rated amongst the highest. Needed to get a tv mounted above my fireplace using a hydraulic mount so that I can lower the TV to viewing level from the couch. Bought a Mantel Mount and couldn't get the job done myself because I couldn't find the studs above my fireplace. Winds up there were metal studs only. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful. The Ubiquiti ecosystem is more expensive, but I didn't mind the investment, especially with two industry experts leading the way. In the future, I do not doubt that Starlight Tech will be my go-to if I require any additional networking! Additional Details: My house is a single family, 2 floors, 3326 sqft.

We were afraid of it catching fire, plus we had people coming over that night and we didn't have power in the kitchen and half the house. I called a few electricians, but none of them could come out right away. And then I found Ramon. He came out in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. The job was more involved than what he originally thought, but the price stayed the same and he finished in a few hours. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. The SCE guy insisted on checking the work we had done because he was skeptical that it would be adequate. He checked everything and quickly left, saying the work was done perfectly. Not only was their service super professional and safe in the time of COVID, they did so at the best price.
