I couldn't be happier. Joe responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. His team (Michael and Tim) texted me when they were on their way. Arrived exactly when they said they would. They perfectly mounted my 86" TV to the wall with ease. I was wondering where on the wall I wanted it...Michael was helpful in working through a few options for me. He and Tim were very nice. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. A flat fee of $150. WELL WORTH it to me. Few other companies were going for $225, $185, $175 per hour, etc... Thank you, Michael, Tim, and Joe! 100% recommend this team.

Responsive and two man team showed up on time and were in and out in less than an hour at quoted price. Didnt charge extra to remove existing tv or for the fact that it was 7 feet off the ground and a heavy old tv had to be removed Double checked measurements and tightened up bolts where needed.

Wow. Quick and Painless!! Hubby bought a new 75" and thought he'd be able to set it up himself. ‍ I knew better so I requested quotes via Yelp. Photo of mounted 55" tv I tried mounting a tv myself but a seemingly simple job turned into a pain when I found out my studs weren't where they should be. I was about to cut a giant piece of plywood to bridge the gaps then called Joe. He came out the next day and had a mount that was able to work with my stud pattern without any extra wood. He was in and out and it came out great.

I can't think of a better name for this company! We had a 60" TV that needed to be mounted above our fireplace. We contacted 1 Stop Av for a quote and after a quick, professional, and friendly response, they arrived the very next day. We had none of the equipment necessary to mount the TV but thankfully they showed up with absolutely everything that we needed. They arrived wearing masks and were very patient as we decided exactly where and how to mount the TV. They worked quickly and cleaned up any mess as they went. One mounting task was a bit complicated and both installers (he brought someone with him) were quick and communicated what/how they'd be mounting the TV. Excellent service. I received my PS5 yesterday and realized I needed to upgrade my outdated in wall HDMI cable. My old cable would not transmit 4K HDR. My case was difficult because the cable is in wall and is about 35 ft in length, goes upwards and around my window then goes down to above my fireplace. An earlier tech refused to help because it was too difficult. Joe responded right away and came to my home a few hours later. Perfect and efficient job. Needed an HDMI cable routed behind my tv above the fireplace to a built in cabinet next to the fireplace. Previous owners added the built ins after they had already routed the HDMI behind the wall so when they moved out it was impossible to route my HDMI the way they had it. Sent a request to 1 Stop AV and they were able to come out quickly and came up with a simple quick solution to solve my problem. Great work and easy to work with! read more

Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next.
