Needed a cab too and from work due to car troubles, and I'm so glad I went with Green Cab! Both drivers arrived several minutes before the quoted time of arrival, both were very welcoming and had good attitudes, both vehicles were very clean. I ordered a cab to pick me up from green cab. they said 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them. did not answer. then 5 minutes later they called me and said they can't pick me up. there is something something wrong in this equation. you don't say things writhing equations and then not deliver on what you said would happen. It's discouraging when I tried to schedule a call for a woman to go to a local shelter. After giving the pick-up address, the man rudely told me to call back in an hour. I then expressed my legitimate concern about, what if you'd be busy in an hour, the man proceeded to laugh, saying, "we only do timed calls." I asked what that meant, and the response was, "I don't have time to explain," he continued to laugh... and hung up. I'm discouraged by their customer service, or lack thereof. read more

The last 3 days I've tried calling for a taxi and no one answers no voicemail no nothing,what the he'll is the point in being in business? Oh well it's a couple hundred bucks that A1 and my buddies driving lyft got Instead. I've come to enjoy having a driver that isn't an asshole not to mention A1 and lyft both make the same trip for $5+ less then these part timers. Don't "call on the fly" as their website advertises. They advertise open 24/7 and transport to airports. Called at about 1am for airport transport and dispatch said they didn't have anyone available. Did not offer me a later pickup. Their loss, as I tipped the Starlight driver $60. Thank you Christine @ Starlight! read more

If/When they answer the phone, the dispatcher is very rude. I think that the drivers aren't bad but you have to get through about 20 rings and a nasty dispatcher first. read more

It was below zero so I called at 5:30am to arrange a ride for the kids at 7:10. The cab did not show up, When I called and txt no one would answer or respond to me. Had to leave work and kids were late to school. read more
