Bought a used car, heard how bad the DMV was in California so I came here to get a title & registration change. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes MAX (as a walk-in, no appointment needed). All I needed was the car title I got from the previous owner and my drivers license. Reasonable price for the sheer convenience. Not to mention all the staff were friendly and professional. You also need a smog test unless it's been done within 90 days of buying the car. All-in-all a 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of DMV services. read more

WARNING!!! Do not use this service. The service charge was over and above the amount quoted. An itemized invoice was provided after it was brought to their attention that I'd been overcharged and they could not justify why I was charged more than quoted until a complaint was filled with the DMV. BEWARE RIPPED OFF !st time here was very fast and polite not very knowledgeable with commercial vehicles was quoted DMV fees + $85.00 service fee. which was paid up front through Zelle when all was said and done we were charged almost $250.00 over DMV fees and service charge. When i called for an explanation i was told that there was an additional 10.2% for the transaction which was never mentioned. REGISTRATION SERVICES ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO A SERVICE FEE a complaint has been filed with the field manager at the DMV. read more

Convenient place to get your tags instead of waiting in line or for an appointment weeks away at the DMV. Gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant and easy to talk to. Went for a title transfer and my tags which were past due. Got everything taken care of in less than 30 min total. Quick. Easy. There was a nice young lady who was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Answered all of my questions. They prefer appointments but do accept walk ins. Only thing i'd have a comment on was that no one explained the pricing or anything. How much their services would cost, just had to figure it out after i paid. Deducted from the total on my registration card compared to the total i paid. But overall, nice experience. read more
