Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place.Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. An oil that was done 2 days prior and this is the color is unacceptable, what did I pay you for and then do not even refund you. I will go somewhere else, thank you. Please think twice before coming here. I came in for a simple oil change, and shortly after leaving the shop, my vehicle started making a strange noise. After checking, I noticed that the lower engine splash shield had been left loose, apparently due to a mechanic's mistake during the service. When I returned to the shop, I spoke with Carlos, who seems to be in charge, and I was told that I had to wait in line again like any other customer just to have the screws tightened--even though this issue was clearly caused by their own mistake. Since this was not my fault, I believe they should have given me priority and fixed the problem immediately, instead of making me wait again. On top of that, the vehicle was overfilled with oil, which is very concerning and could potentially cause engine damage. This experience shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.
