They couldn't come the day it was due to be removed, so they said they would be there the next day. I called multiple times and was told they would be there soon. My handyman had taken the tarp off, so they could pick it up but they didn't show up. Now I am concerned someone will dump their stuff on top. No one answering the phones at the office, so I left a message and a text. They are closed now with no response. I would never recommend them to anyone. Very disorganized or understaffed. Since I don't know what a ton of shingles look like,I filled it up to capacity,just the same way I did with the 450 dollar dumpster from the other guys. Long story short,they claimed I went over the limit by more than a ton and ended up charging me 230 dollars more,in other words the 350 deal I thought I was getting,turned into almost 600 dollars.

Oliver clearly cares about the quality of his service; at one point he borrowed a broom and dustpan so he could sweep some cobwebs off the bottom of my sofa before wrapping it.
