We needed our junk to be removed- especially since we're getting our attic remodeled. Calling and booking our 1-800-Got Junk? appointment was easy and planned it just in time when we got back down from our vacation for a Saturday. Hubs received a confirmation call the day prior to finalize questions we had. In terms of cost, the person on the other end is unable to provide any pricing since every job is different and Got Junk? needs to factor in stairs (in our case), driveway, etc then items are charged on the day of removal. The only thing we did was let the 2 guys know they can access the attic from our garage and left it up to them to do the rest. They were efficient and handled the clunky Queen-sized futon frame and mattress in no time. Between going up and down the attic stairs and getting rid of our old futon set, that would've been an easy $159- but we had other bulkier items to get rid of also so jumped on it for a small additional fee. Calling these folks was the only way to get rid of unwanted stuff. Plus having an unsightly curb by setting these things outside, wasn't going to cut it for me.
