I ordered flowers on August 6th for my wife as a surprise for August 7th.I specified I needed it delivered no later then 12pm and was reassured after going over this Multiple times and giving my E mail multiple times it would be done. Called in multiple times and was told no when it goes on the truck for a delivery it'll show as delivered wait until 8 PM. Still nothing at 8 PM and was told no it was delivered. That person was not nice and said will refund you in 30 days and then hung up the phone. I was told to continue to wait for my package as delivery takes place from 9a-8p; at that time it was 8:48p. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being placed on hold for another 10 minutes, I was told that the supervisor was currently on a call and would call me back within 2-3 hours (that would mean I get a call back at midnight!) I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a Utah address. The online advertisement says they want to please. The arrangement was $87.94. I went to the funeral and the flowers were NOT close to being what was pictured. They might have been worty $25. to $30 dollars. I sent a picture of what I ordered and what we received and did not even get an apology. I think that when someone does online business with floral, they think no one will see what was delivered. I of course don't blame the parent company, but they should respond and advise the Florist that delivered the poor quality arrangement that it is not wise to do business like that.
