HORRIBLE! I spent over $130 for a birthday cake style delivery that the site gave an option on time which they then did not honor. Constant attempts for updates and here i am 5 min before the delivery time and there is still no status update and poss poor responses from them with no ability to speak to a person. This company is pretty much a scam. I do not recommend shopping here. For one, I wanted edible arrangements and somehow I got led to this website. And when I say horrible, I mean HORRIBLE. Well, I ordered my basket and about 10 minutes later, I received a call saying they went to the home and could not deliver the fruit basket. Very confusing, how could you make a fruit basket and deliver it in 10 minutes? As I tried to get my refund, I was hung up on but eventually got connected to someone. I was given 50% refund and an upgrade on my delivery. The delivered fruit basket was very small and hardly any fruit. I was very shocked when seeing this basket and honestly hurt. I have been using 1-800 Flowers / Colonial for the past couple of years. The service has been good, and my friend enjoyed the flowers I sent. However, yesterday I sent her a bouquet and chocolates. Unfortunately, the chocolates were delivered and not the bouquet. So I emailed them back, from the delivery confirmation email they sent, to inform them the bouquet had not been sent. I called as soon as the website said the store was open, and the phone continuously rang; I was still waiting for someone to answer. I have tried calling five different times and have had the same result. I have spent a considerable amount of money with them. Not anymore. read more

An anniversary order I placed on Wednesday STILL hasn't been delivered. I called 1800FLOWERS (not the local store) and spoke to a broken-English-speaking girl (she never gave me her name). Turns out their local florist (this one) didn't have that arrangement in stock and wouldn't until Monday. I wasn't notified of this. No email, no phone call. Nothing. "They can deliver it Monday." Nope. Cancelled the order. If I'd at least gotten an email, this review would be totally different. So, here I sit in Williamsburg Floral (15 minutes before they close) the DAY AFTER MY ANNIVERSARY while the VERY pleasant lady is putting a rush on it. I'm never dealing with 1800FLOWERS again. Of course, they won't care because they're a giant corporation. Hopefully, the owner of this 1800FLOWERS store will read this and save other customers a lot of hassle. read more

Was to be a great surprise to Mom for Christmas. Sad, Sad, Sad, basket. Fields of Europe Christmas Basket. Very skimpy, most of the lilies had already fully opened. All white with 3 mini carnations. 2nd time I have used 1-800-Flowers and definitely the last. It did arrive on the date promise. This the second time I've ordered flower for my Mother -in-law and the flowers and or plant was received dry and two of the flowers were broken off and the plants soil was dry and the plant had started to die. HORRIBLE service. Ordered a large arrangement for same day service. Got an email in the evening stating a delivery had been attempted. We were both home all day due to COVID-19. No delivery was ever attempted. This florist LIED. Arranged to have a replacement order delivered the next day. The item arrived as a medium arrangement and was missing components. Was also supposed to get the LATE replacement at a reduced charge. Was charged full price and am now disputing through my bank Noticed this vendor also left themselves a 5-star review on Google. Do NOT trust this shop. As the local florist for 1-800 Flowers, they provide horrible service. ZERO integrity. All replies to negative reviews are just excuses. There are too many truly local flower shops in the area to ever pick this place again. Colonial doesn't deserve your business. read more

This service is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! I got a 20% discount from my gym so figured "why not try them". Ordering process was easy. Thought everything was fine until I checked my account the next day and saw I was double billed. Called customer service and was told it would be 3-5 business days until I was reimbursed for the second charge. Then, on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I get an email saying that deliveries are behind and my order won't be delivered for another three days!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Called customer service AGAIN for a complete refund and was given the run around and still haven't seen my refund. For anyone that has seen this service or ad, DON'T DO IT!! The worse florist I have ever done business with. I bought Flower's on 800-Flower's website and they were processed through this local florist. I wanted them to arrive early for Mother's Day and my family was having a party on two day's beforehand. It was stated on an email that the flowers had been delivered. My family was at home at the same time and of course they were not. Complete scam that the driver said delivered. After not hearing from my mom who would of called to thank me I decided to call her. She stated she never got them. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes with 800 Flowers I finally talked to someone in a call center overseas. She kept saying they were delivered but in fact they were not. She offered me a 20 dollar gift card. Such BS. I would be ashamed to work their or be an owner. The driver lied. I will make sure to post this everywhere. Please do not buy from them. They are scammers. They took my money and no flowers for my mom. read more

Don't use this florist. I ordered an anniversary bouquet on Monday to be delivered the following day. I out specific instructions for it to be delivered between 8:30 and 9:30am. Not an unreasonable request, right? Apparently it was for this florist. I called my wife at 11:30 to ask how she liked the flowers, and she said "what flowers"? I called the florist to find out why the flowers weren't delivered and his response was "oh, I didn't see the instructions". I asked why not, he said "I don't know". Terrific. Not only was the ordering process an absolute nightmare but what I received looked, smelled and tasted terrible. I tried to have these delivered to a family on a Thursday and they said the earliest they could do was Friday. I let them know it was coming to a business. I got a notification at 10am it was ready and they delivered it at 6:45PM!! What business would normally be opened then?? Not to mention it was an arrangement to cheer a family up as their loved one was dying. It looked and smelled so terrible I couldn't bring myself to give it to the family so I threw it out after trying two different kinds of fruit and they were soggy and tasted terrible.
