I dropped off some clothes for my brothers funeral on a Tuesday- funeral was Friday night- the lady in the drive thru said to me"it will be ready tomorrow" no piece of paper or anything she just grabbed my clothes and walked inside I thought perfect I wasn't expecting it until Thursday- I do need to mention that I dropped it off before 1 o'clock. I came back Wednesday and a different lady helped me- she said "I don't know what you think the lady told you yesterday but it won't be ready until Thursday because our truck runs at 1 pm" she was pretty combative and rude but whatever, I am dealing with a loss so no need to get myself worked up Came back Thursday and was told "we don't take card right now" ok that's fine I have cash. "Well your clothes won't be ready until Friday at 5, because you came after the truck left on Tuesday. I told her that she told me it would be ready on Wednesday and she said well I can get your phone number and call you when it's here ( at this point I don't really trust anything these people say and I had an event to get to across town) so I just left My husband went up there today and asked for my clothes and the lady said " oh yeah that woman who sped out of my driveway yesterday" 21$ later I could have just bought new pants and honestly I wish I did. I promise as long as I'm in Porter I will advise EVERYONE I talk to not to use your cleaners. They are dishonest, rude and they smoke right outside the door and touch your clothes. Stay away.

Today marks the end of my five-year relationship with Time Cleaners…read more The conclusion began with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon, notifying me that a pair of pants I had dropped off last year had been "magically" found. This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

Great service. Quick service! Always satisfied with their service and pricing! Highly recommended.read more

My…read morehusband had a lot of shirts and suits that needed to be pressed and I own a few suit jackets that needed some TLC as well. The first time I only brought collared shirts to be pressed and a suit jacket to be cleaned. I wanted to test and see if they were a good dry cleaner. They were done quickly and I like that you can text "express" 10 mins prior to pick up and they'll have it ready to bring out to you when you pull up. Since they did a good job on the first batch, I brought all my husband's and I suit jackets and more shirts and khaki pants to be pressed and cleaned. I have a mint green suit jacket that had coffee stains all over the collar and sleeves. I've had it cleaned at another dry cleaners in Katy months ago and they told me it was nothing more they can do. I asked Tide to clean and press it and wallah! 90% of the stains are gone from the jacket I'm so happy. I haven't been able to wear this in almost a year. The staff is very nice and attentive as well. After one pick up they forgot to give me two items of clothing. I was able to call and speak with the manager and by the end of the next day they had found my missing pieces. Excellent cleaning and press service. The price is definitely worth it. Each batch of clothes I take usually ends up being roughly $90-100 dollars and I typically take 2-3 suits and 5-10 shirts. All in all a great dry cleaners!
