I came back Wednesday and a different lady helped me- she said "I don't know what you think the lady told you yesterday but it won't be ready until Thursday because our truck runs at 1 pm" she was pretty combative and rude but whatever, I am dealing with a loss so no need to get myself worked up Came back Thursday and was told "we don't take card right now" ok that's fine I have cash. "Well your clothes won't be ready until Friday at 5, because you came after the truck left on Tuesday. I told her that she told me it would be ready on Wednesday and she said well I can get your phone number and call you when it's here ( at this point I don't really trust anything these people say and I had an event to get to across town) so I just left My husband went up there today and asked for my clothes and the lady said " oh yeah that woman who sped out of my driveway yesterday" 21$ later I could have just bought new pants and honestly I wish I did. I promise as long as I'm in Porter I will advise EVERYONE I talk to not to use your cleaners. They are dishonest, rude and they smoke right outside the door and touch your clothes. Stay away.
