Our trainer, Jessie makes things seem simple even during times of being challenged. The people attending this class are just nice to work out with. All you really need to do is just reserve a time on the app, show up, stretch, and follow the stations that are set up for you. I needed a place where I can feel encouraged to attend, held accountable, with some correcting because sometimes my form is off. I mainly attended Coach Sarah's classes and she was truly soooo awesome, she always brought such great energy, I truly enjoyed taking her class!! The only reason why I had to stop was because I'm pregnant and can barely keep any food down, so it was just unsafe for me. I contacted Coach Eddy to let him know and he canceled my membership with no problem and I never got charged again. I've heard of gyms still charging after cancelation, you definitely won't get that here. Please just remember to let them know around that 30 day mark. I also want to add, that I was still working out early in my pregnancy and informed them about it. They were so great, with making sure that I had everything I needed and checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. Knockout fitness really have such a great environment and it does feel like a team and family. I can't wait to come back once it's safe for me to do so.
