They really try to make you feel comfortable and want you to have a great experience. The space is clean and bright, treatment rooms are also clean, and I love that they have things like aloe, sunscreen, and deodorant spray if needed for after your treatment. One thing I will say is that the "sales" are something to be aware of, I don't know if the sales are really any different or just simply a verbiage marketing tactic. It's not a bad thing, it's a reality everywhere. I'd guess no matter the verbiage used for the sale or promo, the actual cost shakes out to about the same at the end of the day no matter when you buy. I didn't feel pressured to commit that day or because of the promotion, and the price was about what I'd expected, As for the service itself, I'm happy with my results so far and every visit has been a good experience. This is LITERALLY the only place I could find that had their prices clearly stated - and honestly those prices were also the most affordable I could find. The place is super nice and clean - high end for sure but the people working there are so nice and welcoming I didn't feel out of place for someone who isn't used to that type of setting.
