Green tea coffee was so good
Jasmine N.

This was close by the Apple Store/Forever 21 and you can see the store when you're in Muji. PROS: Food/drinks were actually not bad. Green tea coffee was delicious and the pizza, although a bit on the small size, was not bad. CONS: Unfortunately there's a few. 1. Don't expect to see a lot of cats. I think I only saw 5 or 6. 2. Possible time limitation due to limited seating (Honestly I don't mind these first two points but THE NEXT ONE I had a huge problem with) 3. There are no regulations with children and the cats. Therefore the cats were always followed by children who don't know how to handle cats and I felt so bad for the cats. The cats were being a bit avoidant and I can see why...

Like most animal cafes the food is subpar. Besides that fact, the cats here are sooooooo adorable! They will come up to you and let you pet them, when they don't want to be bothered they'll jump behind the food counter and sit there and taunt you with their cuteness. We tried the salmon angel hair pasta, pot pie, sausage, latte(with cute kitty art). Like I mentioned before food is subpar, don't have high expectations.

This is honestly an adorable place! It is difficult finding it for the first time, because it's in an actual apartment building and there aren't any signs anywhere. However, once you're inside, the atmosphere is great. It's a good place to sit down and read, study, chill with friends, and of course play with cats. The staff is polite and not overwhelming, they don't rush you to order or to leave. The cats here don't seem too friendly, or interested in humans, but they're okay with you touching them. There are a couple of booths by the window and also regular tables. The food is pretty good, I had a creme brûlée and a drink. I would definitely come back again for the chill environment and cute cats.

Really cute cafe that a friend brought me too. We didn't actually have anything to eat so cannot comment on the food (although the cake themed desserts looked amazing!). The iced hazelnut chocolate milk was delicious and spending time with some beautiful cats was the best part. They have some great artwork on the walls and they sell a few cat related articles as well. You can even buy postcards there, fill them out with stamps and send them.

One of the cats!

When I came back from my holiday to pick up my dog, he came back smelling like roadkill and looked like he was homeless for the past 6 months. I believe it is also worth mentioning that the employees at the shop looked like they were either shit-faced drunk or stoned. When I explained the routine for my dog's supplements to the owner, he seemed like he had one too many beers the night before. The employees also failed to provide my dog with the food that I had provided for them, as my dog is old and needs a certain type of dog food. His bowl came back extremely clean and the bag of food untouched. My dog's bed and other items also came back smelling like shit and had questionable stains on it which were impossible to clean off. I'm pretty sure those were bodily fluids on the bed. Literally 90% of everything I let them use came back looking and smelling like it received a tour in a fucking chemical waste disposal center. All in all, my dog had a terrible experience in this fuck-up you call a business and came to me whimpering and shaking. If I could give negative stars on this fucking review I would. Service is beyond repair. Never coming again. If you're reading this review to consider putting your pet there, don't. Its not worth your money trust me.

We have brought our two dogs here for grooming and overnight stays many times and recommend them highly. The owner, Clement, is extremely kind and flexible and our dogs seem to love him and the rest of the staff. The prices for overnight care are quite reasonable, and the prices for grooming are on par with other nearby facilities (though that means expensive!) and we have always felt totally comfortable that our pups will be well cared-for when staying at Three Dog Bakery. The boarding facility is a bit on the smaller side, and so we tend to use it only for weekends or individual overnights, but it is perfect to have right in the neighborhood for this purpose. The dogs are also allowed to roam free in the back of the store during business hours (safely behind a latched door, of course), and so they do get plenty of time to socialize with other dogs and friendly customers. Three Dog Bakery has also always been glad to help in a pinch, or to keep the dogs for much longer than necessary after a grooming, such as on moving day, when it was helpful to have the dogs not underfoot for the better part of the day. I have not tried much of their pet merchandise, but my dogs always seem interested in sniffing around the treats and food! I really appreciate having a trustworthy facility right down the street.

Located in the Ferry Street area of Jordon, its not too difficult to find. I would suggest getting off at Austin Station from the West Rail line instead of taking the MTR to Jordon. Few things I've noticed about this place is that here are pets here in crates all the time. The store pets don't seem to get any time outside of their crates, which makes me a bit upset. Dogs, Cats, Birds, they're all just trapped in their little crates watching the day pass. They offer a good range of dried and wet treats for your furry friends. I go with the Western goods that they carry such as Greenies and Zeal products. The prices are fair and they generally have a good stock of them at all times. I do commend the fact that they carry a good selection of dried dog food. Instead of heading to chaotic Mong Kok, pet street, This is a good alternative. From what I remember, they carry all the big names. If there is a product you are interested in that they do not carry, sometimes they will offer to order it for you. That is a good service, but its not always that they would do that for you. I give this place only three stars and not four because when my dog came for his normal grooming appointment one time, the experience wasn't good. They usually have very gentle staff handling the pets, but this time around, the lady taking care of my pup was a new. I kept an eye on her while she was grooming him, and while rinsing the shampoo off him, some shampoo got in his eye. I was worried but was told that the shampoo is very gentle and it there was no need to worry. Two days later, I notice discharge coming from his eye and brought him to the vet. Turns out, the shampoo made a small tear in his cornea and had given him an eye infection. I was gutted. I only hope they will train their staff more throughly to properly groom dogs.

Supporting those businesses by purchasing grooming services conflicts with my personal beliefs - I won't get into these details here - so I began my search for a standalone pet salon. One of my friends in Happy Valley told me that her dog has been going to Hot Tails Salon for some time now, and is quite happy with their services. So I called them this past Saturday and they were able to squeeze in my Shar Pei Sasha just two hours later! Perfect timing. I wasn't prepared for all the cuteness that is Hot Tails Salon! I'd describe it as an adorable boutique - I love the black and white tile and the shelves are well-organized and loaded with all kinds of natural goodies for our furry friends. The grooming area is separated from the retail area for safety, but you're able to easily peer in. Nothing to hide here! After they're finished, they take photos of your dog and email them to you. Since it's almost Halloween, they staged a themed Halloween area replete with faux pumpkins, spider webs, and other kitschy paraphernalia. The two staffers I met were SO sweet with Sasha... petting him, playing with him, and just making us both feel so welcome. Their prices are on par with what the pet store groomers charge, so moving forward Sasha will only be getting his baths and nail trims at Hot Tails. Thanks for making feel Sasha feel so comfortable - and for making him smell so good!

That, and unlike Omotesando, this is a proper, legit, HK style shop. It's hard to find. It's weirdly hidden, inside of another business (not telling), on the second floor of a random building (also not telling). The hours are not posted, and I assume are made up depending on how folks feel. Only one of two elevators in the building actually stops on this floor, and you get to figure out which one (still not telling). The door guy, lies to you, and tells you that there is no cafe at all. It's classic, legit, wonderful, slightly crazy, but still delightful Hong Kong. And, when you finally figure out where it is, and manage to make it there, you're rewarded with amazing coffee, and beautiful late art. You're still in Wan Chai, but life is suddenly better. Good luck, be brave, before they relocate.
