It was interesting because I found that my sister's broth (she ordered the same dish but with egg noodles) was much more flavourful and rich. Hers also had more accompaniments, such as coriander, spring onion, and fried onions. I believe that they weakened my broth or gave me another to match the rice noodles, which I didn't find necessary at all. Because the broth was weak, I could really taste some of the lingering aftertaste of the noodles. I was therefore forced to wait until my sister had consumed her bowl, and use her broth as a dipping/washing sauce for my noodles. Haha! However, shortly after consuming the noodles, my sister found that her stomach felt uncomfortable because of the alkalinity in the egg noodles (egg noodles must be carefully rinsed and treated to rid this alkaline taste).
