I have been to Thailand and had Thai massages that I really enjoyed, but the experience here did not quite match the experience I had in Thailand. The place was small...but yes it was legit (no funny business). We waited by the hallway for 5 mins and then walked 2 steps towards the curtain to enter the massage area. It was pretty bare, just a bed on the floor, separated by another curtain from your neighbor's bed. You change into the outfit first and the massage started...where the lady stepped right on top of me for almost 50 mins. I was in pain, actually a lot of pain since she stepped right on my calf. I don't think she noticed how I was cringing my body in response to the pain because she was too busy stepping and chatting nonstop with the other masseuse that was working next to me. I am giving this place some stars because they do work hard and it wasn't expensive, but I am not sure if I walked out with less pain. When we left the store, we noticed a lot more Thai messages nearby with even cheaper rate, so you should shop around if you aren't in any rush.

90 minutes for $40. 'Nuff Said!…read more You'd think it was shady if you don't know Asian cities. Up a staircase off the main street and into what seems to be a shady corridor. You knock on a locked door like that of a prohibition gin joint. and then it opens and a warm group of people, receptionist and masseuses alike greet you with water that tastes like rice and slippers. Its a tiny home with four curtained stations. I got a dry thai massage. I put on the outfit of a Thai fisherman i think (quite comfy actually!) and laid down on the table. For the next 90 minutes i was punched, kicked, wrestled, twisted, stepped on, pushed, pulled, and any number of other acts by an older, larger woman... AND IT WAS AWESOME!! I actually fell asleep a number of times and snored myself awake. Put through some pain, and fell asleep anyway. The mark of a great massage! Again, if you want a Los Angeles resort spa with lavender and lace forget it. This place is raw and gives you a real-world urban-Asian experience. In my book that's what a vacation should be about: getting out and doing things as locals do. How else can you make memories? Also, my girl got a normal oil massage for 90 minutes. The place isn't set up for a couples massage, but they did put us next to each other and open the curtain between us. Close enough. She also loved her massage.

Basically a fee for "service" type of place. If it is what you are looking for it is probably one of the best in Hong Kong. I wanted the foot massage but it was too busy so they offered me a 25 min neck and shoulder massage for $168. They take you back to this large dimly lit room where other people are getting foot massages and chair massages. They had me in one of those chair massage and the lady went to work on my shoulders. It was a great massage and I didn't realize how tight my shoulders were until I started hearing all this crackling noises. It's probably more expensive than those hole in the wall places, but it's very relaxing.

My husband was recommended by the concierge to go to this establishment. Knowing we had to walk more was a discourage. But we were assured it was a very short walk. I was so thankful we still went. It was a short walk less then 5 minutes. I got the 50-minute reflex foot massage with soaking jacuzzi foot-bath. The inside was very clean and well designed as well as very relaxing. The staff from the front to the back were all very nice and professional. The masseuse I got was an amazing guy that has been doing this for 10 yrs (I wish I could remember his name!). He could very well be a "master". Just by a few touches at my pressure points; he could tell so much that was surprisingly very accurate about my current health (sleep, blood pressure, water balance, ect). By the time we were done it was like I was walking on air and all discomfort I had was completely gone. I slept like a baby that night. If or when I ever make it back to Hong Kong I will be sure to make it here multiple times!!!

Don't hold any fantasy for this spa, this is just a basic place for foot steaming. However, the interior is nice, the faux slate stone walls and floor giving it a clean, modern look. Service is good, and the clothes that I change into for the steaming looks new and clean. The staff told me that they send their laundry out to clean. As a first timer I get a discounted price of $98 (normal is $138), and I added a 20 min shoulder massage for a small fee. Massage was good if not excellent. They did not push me to buy packages and add ons, which I appreciate. This place is right by the Prince Edward MTR. Exit B2 and it's in the building across the street to your left.

I definitely would try it when I get a chance. My best friend took me to Fantasy Spa for foot steaming and massage. I like this place, it is nothing fancy but the price is very reasonable. It's clean and roomy. The foot massage technicians are so experience and great. They explained to us the benefits of foot steaming with different herbals medicine. (Promote blood circulation, Detoxification, Eliminate blood stasis, Anit-aging and etc) I wish Vancouver could have foot steaming massage shop soon.

The place is small, but all chairs (6 -8) were occupied. In the back, there are probably two massage tables for full body massage. We waited awhile for them to call in two masseurs. Al least the place has free wifi we could use while waiting. The massage was excellent, she did not ask for the strength but it was powerful enough that I wanted to scream. Everyone loves a good massage. The ultimate for me is a Thai Yoga massage, where limbs are bent,…read moreall corners of the body are stretched, and the relief from the intensity is second to none. I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from Thai Zone; a newish massage spot on the second floor in the Rose Mansion amid the chaos of TST, but it was what I was hoping for: clean, affordable, authentically Thai, and above all, very satisfying. This area of Kowloon is fairly dodgy, but surprisingly Thai Zone's facilities are anything but. The floors were redone and super shiny, the odor in the room had this tart incense like aroma, and the massage chairs were comfy. The owner, Murphy was quick to greet with a cup of Thai tea, which was lukewarm fruity blend of something wonderful. By the end of my session, I had no less than 10 mini cups of it. I think I could drink it all day. We started off with a change into flexible pajamas and then a 45 minute foot massage, which was done by one of the Thai masseuses. While grinding the gears of my feet, she was able to converse in a variety of languages, which was mighty impressive. I won't lie, the foot and subsequent leg massage was incredibly intense to where I had to bite a towel for a minute or two, but I was assured this was normal and supposedly better for loosening up the muscles. The rule of thumb is to bear the pain and embrace the comfort after the fact. Then it was off to the races with the back/body massage. I was always used to Thai massages being conducted on a floor mat than a massage bed, but it didn't matter: She got me in poses that would make any yoga warrior proud. The one that provided the most relief was one where her feet were on my back, her arms were pulling my arms and soon my back responded with a series of clicks that were chiropractor worthy. There were moments where I nearly fell asleep. It's only a matter of time before I visit this gem again, especially when the joints are feeling stiff and the knots are invading again. Lastly, call ahead of time for 10pm or later visits and be sure to bring cash as they don't accept credit card yet. A little gratuity never hurts for the masseuses and drink all the tea that you can!
