I flagged the waitress to ask for the bill (because I was NOT going to continue eating) and showed her the slug. She said "oh sorry" but that was about it. She did not offer any kind of compensation and brought me the full bill with no further explanation or apology for the slug. It was like it didn't happen. As mentioned before this place was empty for brunch. However, in the late, late afternoon/early evenings I noticed it would be packed. Perhaps this place is better for coffee and dessert. One other thing to mention is they have free wifi but when you ask for the password they won't give it to you. They will insist they enter it on your phone themselves. This one was lightly creamy from the uni, the abalone was lighty toasted and had a smokey aroma. Technically the pasta can feed 2 people, but I like my carbs.
