It's very tourist friendly, considering how their menus are in both Chinese and English, waiters are much more patient and willing to communicate with you in a language other than Cantonese. They also pretty much cover all the key dishes you need to try in Hong Kong, so if you're short on time, you can always just randomly pick an item off the menu and you're pretty much good to go. Their Hong Kong style milk tea is quite nice, but feel free to try other drinks, I have a feeling they'd be pretty good. If you're looking for Hainanese chicken rice, this venue does it well, the chicken is tender, smooth and juicy, and the rice is actually prepared with chicken fat for flavour. While I don't eat at Tsui Wah often, I do plan on coming again.

It's not specifically mentioned on the menu but if you order cold, it'll come sweetened and hot is unsweetened. Overall, the meal was just alright. The beef and egg sandwiches didn't have much of a flavor and I thought the ground beef was a little dry. The french toast, however, was excellent. Moist, slightly crunchy on the outside, and stuffed with some peanut butter. I'd come back to try something else on the menu but I wouldn't really recommend the sandwiches.
