Like the Tap Sonic, one of the most stunning drinks I've ever seen. It's a floral G&T, flavoured with elderflower, and has actual frozen flowers inside the ice cubes. Or China Trap House, a fruity green tea infused drink served in a traditional Chinese bowl. They even put effort into their mocktails, like the Music Tower, which has fresh pineapple strips stacked on top, looking like some kinda french fry Jenga game. All were absolutely delicious and will set you back around HKD $100-150. The main attraction is the live band. Yes, they were fantastic musicians.
