Recounting ... have been visiting Le Vow for the past 3 years whenever we are back in Hong Kong ... change of management did not affect the overall experience, the kitchen remains.
Stepping into the main hall immediately gives you a feeling you are not in any ordinary restaurant , as its open and bright with a vaulted high celling!
Mainly focused on Cantonese cuisine with a twist, some modern, some traditional all executed with care & precision!
Highlights ..
Baked Crab .. fresh crab meat in a "creamy velouté" a typical Hong Kong invention where east meets west in melding flavours & cooking methods.
Siu Mai with "onsen" quail egg ... shrimp & pork filling, tiny quail egg burst into your mouth with a warm yolk ... creamy umami explosion!
Le Vow is also a very popular wedding venue, so make sure they are not closed for special banquet or events, best to call ahead!
