I called for a regular check up/cleaning and they asked if anything was wrong so of course I added that my gum was causing discomfort. When I arrived I found out they were seeing me for an EMERGENCY visit not a check up or cleaning. They attributed my issue to eating "harsh" foods like "granola" (which I never eat fyi) and told me to book a follow up for a check up/cleaning. So I did! Then I arrived and found out I needed to book the cleaning separately! I asked if I could possibly do it that day since it was my only day off and they said fine. So we do the scans/X-rays etc. They do the cleaning... cool. I ask what the exam/X-rays said and they said we had to book a separate in office meeting to discuss treatment. WTF? And then would have to book consecutive appointments after that to follow up with treatments. I have never experienced a more obvious money grab in my entire life. On top of that, I had disclosed my anxiety about the dentist given that I had gotten my first cold sore due to my pediatric dentist not properly cleaning their tools (dentist offices are breeding grounds for viruses) well, guess who got another cold sore directly after visiting THIS dentists office as well? It really makes you question just how sterile their tools are and how much force they're applying when examining your mouth. Not only that but they send multiple letters in the mail when you don't follow up appointments practically harassing you about the harsh reality gum disease and tooth decay. No short and sweet "hey we miss you!" mailer card like other offices. A full on letter that looks like a bill and that is stamped with an urgent message (it's literally just the two doctors asking you to come spend a ton of money at the office) This office is exorbitantly expensive, takes way too long to get a single answer to the simple question that is "how do my teeth look". Something that can easily be 2 visits is now 5+ visits. That saying about seeing your dentist at least 1-2x a year? Make that 10 times if you choose this office. And seriously, who has the time for that?

First and foremost, the experience with the front office receptionists is top tier. They are kind considerate and just overall nice people. When you're calling to make an appointment or ask a question the staff is always so nice and accommodating. The space itself is extremely well maintained, bright and clean. Very modern looking. It's giving luxury hunny. The providers are so knowledgeable and the dental hygienist approaches me with so much mindfulness and care because she knows how hard these visits are for me. She is so caring, kind, friendly, and most importantly, treats the whole person; holistically. On Thursday, it came out and I now have a chipped tooth again. 2) My wife went for a cleaning and he left her mouth a bloody mess. She was spitting out blood for 3 hours after the cleaning. 3) The office refused to do x-rays and a cleaning on the same day, even though both took barely any time. Presumably to take more money from insurance, they made my wife and I make 2 separate appointments each (4 total) for some 5-minute x-rays and a cleaning.
