Now, if you don't have the "right"insurance, they won't see you unless you pay out of pocket. Oddly some dentists there take your insurance, while others do not. They pushed me off to other dentists for different things. To be honest, I wouldn't even give them one star. I will not go back. They offer nothing to help you and just waste your time. They made me a bad crown and when it fell out they said they don't take my insurance. Lovely huh? They make you come in to see the problem and maybe just maybe give you another appointment to come back. Otherwise they shove you off to another dentist in another location. I hope they close because they are the worst!

Now, I feel I must share my full experience for others considering this practice. For the past month and a half--or longer--I've had persistent pain, trouble eating, and a misaligned bite. I've dealt with rotating crowns and foul odors despite taking care of my teeth. Dr. Alex rushed every appointment--working on me for a few minutes, then bouncing to another patient, and then back again. Everything felt rushed, and the work reflected that. I told the doctor how I felt, but I kept hearing, "See how it feels and come back." It was never resolved. I left unhappy each time, still struggling with eating. I gave them multiple chances--trying to schedule when it wasn't so back-to-back and requesting adjustments. The doctor either refused or never fully fixed the problem. It felt like they prioritized quantity over quality. I'm now seeing another dentist to address what wasn't fixed here. Please avoid this place. Initially, he saved my teeth when I had problems from a former dentist. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) which caused my teeth to decay due to the effects of two bone marrow transplants resulting in Graph Versus Host disease (GVHD). He coordinated his care with an Oral Pathologist & Oral Surgeon to determine if I could undergo implants. I've had seven implants which took a year to complete. I now have a full set of teeth again. He and his staff are so caring and the quality of what he did could not be any better. His treatment plan was amazing with a computer picture detailing every process for a year. He also arranged a financial plan to ease that burden. I would not hesitate to recommend him. If you want the best care, you will get it from him and his staff!
