Now, if you don't have the "right"insurance, they won't see you unless you pay out of pocket. Oddly some dentists there take your insurance, while others do not. They pushed me off to other dentists for different things. To be honest, I wouldn't even give them one star. I will not go back. They offer nothing to help you and just waste your time. They made me a bad crown and when it fell out they said they don't take my insurance. Lovely huh? They make you come in to see the problem and maybe just maybe give you another appointment to come back. Otherwise they shove you off to another dentist in another location. I hope they close because they are the worst!

I went there in extreme pain, and when I asked about who I was seeing I was told he wasn't available, I was in extreme pain & agreed to see anyone at that point, which i think they expected, and the instead of dealing with the situation head & getting me a dentist asap, they took me on a tour of the facility and spit out information about their facility and dental their own dental insurance..(really?) then finally sat me down in a room where an assistant tried to figure out how to get decent X-rays, all while I was suffering in excruciating pain, finally a dentist came in and fumbled around in my mouth until trying to send me off to their in-house Endocrinologist. The whole visit was a joke. No regard for their patients well being. All a gimmick to get new patients.

When I arrived, at BDC I saw the immediate difference just in the use of technology alone. All of the staff were upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist engaged me, and it was evident they were experienced, and they just didn't stand in the shadow of the lead dentist. BDC made financial aspects painless with their dedicated person for insurance and financing for the extensive work I needed. My prior dentist did not even take insurance. Dr. David Hsu was amazing in his attention to detail and care.
