I had already scheduled a follow up with my podiatrist the week after I had my consultation with Dr.Levenstein. Both doctors were diametricakky opposed in treatment and diagnosis. But I continued on with Dr. Levenstein. I am amazed.. each treatment gave me more range of motion and less pain. I'm out of my sneakers and wearing real shoes. The debilitating pain is almost a memory. PRP for my right foot... then we work on the left. I feel normal. Knees feel great.. no more limping. no more sneakers.. He really cares about his patients.. and wants them to do well. Very easy to talk to. and he explains things very well.

He explained how I would get better and how long it would take. He explained how hard it would be but he would make sure that I ended up with full range of motion. Between Bill Schwarz and Dr.Erika Doyle I received the most amazing care and cannot believe how well I have recovered . Every single staff member from the front desk to the staff that placed me on ice and heat was considerate and caring. They all even knew my name. Every person there knows their job and keeps up with every patient. This is a well run physical therapy institute with caring and extremely knowledgeable staff. After 3 injections nothing happened and he said 8 is the magic number. After 4 injections I asked if the dosage will increase? His answer was no and then stated that I can have PRP injections not covered by insurance since the Alcohol injections were not working. At this juncture I got another opinion. My new Podiatrist simply said Dr Levenstien is a known money grab and he gets many of Dr L's former patients like me. This was unbelievable. New podiatrist did a digital X-ray which showed I had a small stress fracture. Dr Levenstien was a horrible and costly experience. Do not go to him.

She has called me back in the middle of night when my children were babies and I was overly concerned. She has come in on the weekend to see my kids when they were sick. She came to hospital at night after one of my children was born to check in. She came to hospital when one of my children had surgery. Her office may need upgrading, but I would rather have her knowledge and care for my child than an office that is modern and updated and have my child be just another number with no care.
