JJ Garcia Tree Service did an outstanding job from start to finish…read more They originally came out to trim my 50+ year-old oak tree and my 40+ year-old magnolia tree. The massive oak had been overshadowing the magnolia for years, limiting its sunlight and airflow. Their crew carefully opened up the canopy while preserving the beauty and character of the oak. When they were finished, the canopy looked absolutely incredible--perfectly balanced and still the centerpiece of my property. Driving up to my home, it's the first thing you notice, and it honestly looks even more beautiful than before. Fast forward a few months, and I noticed several large dead limbs on the magnolia that never recovered. I assumed it was my responsibility since I had waited so long to call, and I fully expected to pay for another service visit. Instead, JJ Garcia Tree Service responded to my message almost immediately, came out promptly, and removed the dead limbs without hesitation. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. They stood behind their work, were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked right. It's hard to find contractors who not only do exceptional work but also continue to take care of their customers after the job is complete. If you need tree trimming, tree removal, or simply want honest professionals who take pride in their work, I can't recommend JJ Garcia Tree Service highly enough. They have earned my trust and will be the only company I call for any future tree service needs.

You know when you read some reviews after the fact and think, "Wow, our experience was the opposite…read moreof most of these low-star reviews." This is the case... Our neighbors, who are highly intelligent scientists, researched companies to take down their trees. They wanted a fair price and a company with insurance. They had several companies come and give estimates and picked Tree Solutions of Texas. While the company was working on the neighbor's trees, I inquired about a quote on removing our trees. (At this point I heard a different neighbor say they were quoted $6k to take down their 2 trees, so I was nervous how much Tree Solutions would charge.) Our estimate was $1000*! This included tree removal, haul away of the main trees and stump grinding. *We opted to NOT pay an extra $250 for the mulch removal. (In hindsight... it was about 70+ garbage bags of mulch that weighed about 50lbs+ each... yowza.) When we officially accepted the offer, we only had to wait a day or so for the company to come out and take the trees down!!! No waiting weeks on end! The crew that came to take down their trees were friendly, professional and VERY efficient! They had the trees down in no time with NO damage to our property. Later that day, a gentleman came to grind the stumps and surface roots. He was so wonderful and helpful, adding that if we find any additional roots, they would gladly come back out to grind some more. Well, fast forward and we did find some more areas that needed work and they were out the next day to grind some more at no extra charge! Great job from start to finish!! We personally highly recommend Tree Solutions of Texas and have told ALL our neighbors about this company!!

They were respectful of us and the neighbors, placed safety cones in the street, left no trash, and stayed busy. Less than 4 hours later, the tree was gone, and the stump grinder had done it's job on the roots! We got a fair estimate, and Terry offers a senior discount. I highly recommend! *****
